Portafilter's bad fit led to injuries, seller offered partial refund
Item arrived today, I thought the lugs looked thinner than the stock portafilter (I ordered the portafilter which was meant to fit the Sage Dual Boiler which is the machine I have), gave it a go and the fit is so bad that the portafilter exploded away from the group head, covering my hand in boiling water and ground coffee, and giving me minor burns.Reported the issue to the seller, the said they had approved a refund, I just looked at my account and they didn't issue a full refund - only for the item, so they have decided I should be charged for shipping on an item which has caused injuries. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Does NOT fit the Sage Oracle!!!
Quality seems fair, but this does not fit the Sage Oracle, would have liked a bottomless but will just have to stick with the original.

Gotea mucha agua por alrededor del portafiltro
No vale la pena comprar este portafiltro ya que pierde agua por los lados y no vas a poder extraer el café con calidad. Definitivamente mala calidad.

Totally worthless.
Totally worthless. Sprays coffee to the sides far outside the cup. The coffee goes through too quickly and does not form crema.

Haben den für unsere Gaggia Maschine geholt und trotz weniger Bewertungen die Bestellung riskiert. Der siebträger sitzt toll und zieht hervorragenden Espresso. Ist nicht unser erstes Produkt der Marke und ich kann den Siebträger uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Bad quality and useless
The quality is very bad. The portafilter is poorly screwed into the wood and wobbles.
