Whoever designed this thing is a genius. All those tough to use ice trays went in the trash. You need to freeze three trays to get the plastic bin to fill up. I put both hands on the upside down tray and push down once hard and they all pop out. I have to push twice on the tray that was in the bottom for some reason but no big deal. The cubes are good size not, not too small or big. The build quality is sufficient I imagine this will last a while. Great design. It's nice to have a full tray of ice for us peasants who don't have an icemaker on the front of our fridge.

Ok, it is easier than buying a stand alone ice maker. Well having ice machine is not an option due to the likely hood of it breaking. I decided to do it old school. So far I have found that this setup gives me plenty of ice cubes. First off as noted in other reviews do not overfill the ice cube trays. If you do the ice will be harder to get out of the tray. As noted in the event of over filling. Just take the tray and twist it slightly back and forth. One way to increase the amount of ice available is to have a second tray that you can get from local store or of course online from Amazon as well. By using the storage vessel that comes with the three ice cube trays as well as another you can have plenty of ice. What I have found that after the first day and filling up the second try that once you do that and the main bucket. Just empty the ice cube trays once a day you will have plenty of ice. In the event of company. Just get a couple of large plastic bags and store ice in them several days prior to your event. These trys are less expensive than an ice maker and provides ice in nice small cubes for those that like to munch on ice. You can also freeze your favorite juices to put into your favorite drinks to keep them cold without watering down them as well. So as for as not having an ice maker these trays make if for less of a headache doing it old school. And should one break just order another set with them being so inexpensive to purchase.

This is the most perfect ice cube maker I have ever purchased. I would buy this over and over and over again. The ice cubes come out perfect every time and never get stuck inside the ice cube tray. This is probably one of the best items I’ve ever bought on Amazon. And of course Amazon makes it difficult to leave my review.

We love this ice tray system! It makes cute little ice cubes that are easy to remove after freezing! It comes with an ice storage container and a cute little ice scooper! We loved it so much, we bought another! We actually bought two! One for our camper and one for our house!

This is very useful. The ice cubes are smaller than an ice cube tray. The storage container is well thought out. It has the ability to store already frozen cubes in the bottom tub while the ice cube tray sits on the top. I really like the cover as it kkeps food particles and smells away.

I usually don’t write reviews but oh my gosh. This is the best thing ever invented. Keeps your ice clean, two tiers to make extra ice. You don’t have to fumble with it to get all the ice out. Comes with a scooper. I’m obsessed. Counter ice machines were grossing me out, and I was getting so annoyed constantly refilling little trays. Super easy to transport from sink to freezer. Takes up minimal space. Extremely easy to use. BIG FAN.

Pushing the ice cubes individually with my thumb is really tough to do so I have to use my foot to really smash the ice out into the container using the lid, perhaps some kind of pressure handle would be more convenient. I kinda wish it had handles so it doesn't slip out of my hands. Ice cubes and product was smaller than I expected but still served its purpose and made room in my freezer. Stacking the second tray on top of the first slows down the first tray from freezing by alot, perhaps some air holes somewhere would prevent that. Its ok though I can still stack it slightly offset of the first tray to allow it to freeze at normal rate.
