After dealing with neck and shoulder pain for years due to sitting in front of the monitor all day, all week long. My pain only gets worse although I tried to do some exercise on my shoulder, and neck it's not that helpful.One day, I mentioned my pain to a friend over the phone and he mentioned this tiny neck massage pillow. Minutes later I'm on Amazon to do my research and found a few similar products some are on sale at a lower price (half the price of this item) but after I read the review I decided to give this item a try although I'm paying more but the item itself looks more promising for me. At first, I'm a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of this pillow but well what else do I have to lose, I can return if it doesn't work out.The item arrived a few days later, give it a try for about 10 - 15 mins. My pain is gone, my neck is completely relieved and my head is so relaxed. I just cannot believe it and again I tried it a few more days after a long day sitting in front of the screen. Max 10 mins each day makes a huge difference for me. I tell myself, if I cannot give myself 10 mins a day on this pillow then I don't deserve to go see a doctor, or chiropractor to fix this pain (which obviously will cost 100 times more)I will recommend this product to my friends and relatives who have the same issue as mine. If you are reading this you should also give it a try. Nothing to lose besides spending a few mins to pack it back in the original package and return it to Amazon if it doesn't work for you.

As someone who has suffered from occipital neuralgia with debilitating migraines, nausea, equilibrium issues and even changes to eyesight from persistent tension over the past 12+ years, . . . I was beyond excited to try this little pillow!I realize this is going to sound absolutely ridiculous . . . but I’ve been googling products for quite some time that would emulate the sinks at a hair salon. I find [the curve where you rest your neck] to be so relaxing because it alleviates the pressure for those few minutes. (TBH, I’ll take relief anywhere I can get it these days, brief as it may be!).When I came across this pillow online, I was immediately intrigued because the shape was EXACTLY what I had been referring to and trying to articulate! (My only question was if it’d be too soft to offer the kind of relief I was aiming for).I’m SOOO glad I went with my gut and bought it because it’s the PERFECT shape/quality/firmness and comfort for the days where I’m really struggling with pressure and tension (at least 3-4 days out of the week).I am TRULY happy with this little gem and even brought it to a recent neuro appointment so I could show my doctor. He was pretty impressed by the design as well and encouraged usage as an alternative to some of the harsher meds I take for relief (which almost always result in nausea/more discomfort).I recommend starting out with shorter intervals on this, as you ‘may’ get some neck soreness from lying on it too long (without being used to it). This product has truly been a lifesaver for me; and the fact that it comes in a little dust pouch allows me to take it wherever I go. So this was a first buy for any type of neck stretcher/relaxer pain relief neck pillow. When I use to goto the chiropractor he would have me use a similar type of crappy beanbag that I would put underneath my neck, But this Zamat pillow works much better and it's stupid easy to use, you fricken lay on it. If you can't figure that out you shouldn't take baths.I just slide it all the way to the rear of my shoulders and let my neck droop down for the most comfortable support. After you relax enough after a hard day you will get that blood flow Euphoria feeling that's just completely great, It was so great I had to tell you about it..Struggling with neck relaxation tight shoulder issues? Then 20 mins on this is a must. This is also my own review and if you're having second thoughts then your neck will just keep hurting 😅I recommend you just buy one and give it a shot.. If you're that type of person you can even send it back and get your money back, so you lose nothing but opportunity🤷‍♂️ maybe not for everybody but everyone should give it a try at least.
