no problems as of yet I am using it to move shudders on a custom smoker, smoke extractor, it is a great product for the money and the perfect size in my tight area. made of a smooth machined durable aluminum. and runs smoothly. seem to be very quiet

Does not work after first cycle
I connected it to 12 V and it moved to full extension. Then it died there. It does not move back when I reverse the polarity of the power supply. It was single use so to say. Disappointed.
