I can mix it with a spoon, but it must be mixed immediately! Otherwise, you get clumps.

It's not fake. I really don't know what you mean by 100% fake, but it's protein powder by a well known brand.

Good for weight loss?

In short it can be good for weight loss. Weight loss is all about calorie deficit. If you use this as a meal replacement and you are taking in less calories than your body requires then yes it can. That being said many people use it as a supplement to gain weight/bulk up, so ultimately it’s going depend on how you use it and your bodies caloric demand whether you have a calorie deficit or surplus.
