I lost my charger immediately so please order extras in advance because it’s not a normal charger head type. Other than that the app is good for notifications. The bottle keeps water cold for a long time especially with ice.

I ordered the pink and received the navy. Definitely returning. It’s not what I requested. Also poor packaging, no manual. Really cheap for the high cosr. Will not order again.WRONG COLOR SENT

Wanted to love this but after replacing the sensor puck I am having issues with it not working all the time. For the price it should work every time.Also getting support and instructions is not easy. First time customer support was great with response time and help. Which is why I’m giving 2 stars. After checking to see if it worked correctly they replaced the sensor puck quickly. Trying to search the correct phrase on their website to find instructions on my own is not easy. Ever.I’m way past my return window so I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work. :(

Goal: drink more water - AccomplishedI have found that this bottle has encouraged and reminded me to drink more, the flashing of the bottle does tend to remind me to stop and take a drink. The little app notifications help too, and I usually meet the daily goal in the app. This is a huge improvement for me since before I could go days without drinking water and didn’t really think about it.The accuracy of the bottle leaves something to be desired. If you refill the bottle it completely confuses the bottle and in the app it assumes you drank what was left in the bottle before you refilled it. That causes the app to overestimate how much was actually drank, and there’s no way to subtract water from the app calculation once it makes that assumption.The workaround to this is to only refill the water when the bottle is empty, but that’s not practical when you know you’re not going to be able to get a refill for a while. I have to mentally keep track of when the app is overestimating so I can meet my goal.But.. I am drinking more water, and that was the main point. The tracking issues just annoy me, but that’s not really what I got it for.

Way too expensive. The blinking lights get really annoying. Also it is super easy to knock over because of the bottom.

I had the smaller sized bottle and I thought it would be helpful to not have to worry about running out of water. Unfortunately, I’ve barely used this one because it’s SO HEAVY, even almost empty. I’m pretty strong and I’m not a small person, but it’s just so heavy it makes it too hard to carry around. If it’s going to sit on a desk all day, it may work. If you’re looking to carry it around while doing errands, it’s distractingly heavy for that.

For the amount of money you pay, it should keep your water cooler and ice from melting so quickly. I fill with ice around 8 pm and by 4:30 am, the ice is melted. My cheaper water bottles keep the ice and water cold for a lot longer time. If they could fix how long your water stays cold, I would give them 5 stars.Also says you can customize the color light when you get notifications. Yes you can, but it costs an extra fee. Again, for the money I paid for the bottle, you should be able to customize the color of notifications. I do like the notifications. It is nice to get an instant good job, that helps me get my water in better.

I have spent HOURS trying to make this thing work, or to like it enough to pay this crazy high price for something that just lights up every so often. I charged it, calibrated it, recalibrated it, emptied it, filled it, tried to help the app reconnect because it couldn't find the bottle (for the 5th time in less than 24 hours), updated it, had to recalibrate after emptying, re-find the bottle, fill, empty, fill.Meanwhile, I have a cupboard full of water bottles that work just like this one, sans the cutesy lights and all the ridiculous problems. Returning it today!
