I’ve been using the Dolphin Explorer E30 for over a year now, and I can confidently say it has transformed my pool maintenance routine! This robot vacuum cleaner is an absolute lifesaver, keeping my inground pool sparkling clean with minimal effort on my part.One of the standout features is its incredible performance on walls and the waterline. The wall-climbing capability works like a charm, and I no longer have to manually scrub those hard-to-reach areas. The included scrubber brush does an excellent job of tackling dirt, algae, and debris, leaving my pool looking brand new.Setting it up was a breeze, and the Wi-Fi connectivity allows me to control and schedule cleanings directly from my phone. Whether I’m at home or away, I can ensure my pool is always ready for a swim. Does a great job cleaning the pool. It goes above the water line which is great, our last dolphin didn’t do this. We couldn’t get it to connect to Wi-Fi. We followed the instructions and even tried the QR code and that definitely doesn’t work, very frustrating, spent an extra $100.00 for this feature and it will never connect, read other reviews and people had the same problem.

I have bought several Polaris robotic pool cleaners over the years but am continually frustrated that one problem or another comes up after only 2 years and I have to get another one.Looking to save some money, I decided to give the Dolphin a try. BIG MISTAKE! This is a TERRIBLE product:- It did not climb the walls.- It left the intersection of pool floor and pool wall uncleaned due to the wheel design.- Insufficient suction. It did not "clear the path". In other words, when the cleaner went over an area of the pool, it didn't pick up everything (sand, leaves, etc -- nothing huge or heavy).- The propeller design is bad, leaving it unprotected. The propeller got jammed with leaves within hours of using. The procedure to clean the propeller is in the instruction manual. Quite involved.- It didn't even come close to traversing my entire pool. I started in the middle as suggested, and there were big swaths of areas that were not even touched. Corners were totally avoided. My pool was in the recommended size for this product.Needless to say I have went back to the Polaris and after only 2 hours, my pool was once again clean. I ran the dolphin several times for 2 days and still wasn't cleaned.I would not recommend this model to anyone.

Works great, love it

Had this for about a month.. easy to set up, WiFi allows control from app which is great. The amount of fine particles this things picks up is quite impressive. Waterline scrubbing is also a nice feature that it does quite well. I don’t have any gripes with it as of yet. This thing isn’t cheap might be the only negative but sometimes you get what you pay for. I recommend if this fits in your budget.

It looks cool as moves under your pool picking up debris and the app is aesthetically appealing, but for me that is where it ends. It did not clean the floor of my pool well or the pool line throughly. It just looked cool cleaning what it did. I got the Dolphin E30 WiFi and just felt its like luster. So I got the Hayward Pool Cleaner (old faithful) and it does way better in my opinion. I just feel the tech is not quite there yet for pool cleaning automation with these WiFi app based pool cleaners.

Love it. Quite good for the price. I have only two issues:1. The cable has started disintegrating. After two years in the Texas sun, so… understandable.2. It doesn’t handle twigs well. If gunk gets in the impeller, it shuts down. It gives a very unhelpful error message (“robot not in pool”), and stops. When that happens, you have to reach your fingers in (with it _not_ running) and pull any twigs or stringy bits out. You can do it fairly easily from the top, but it helps to have thin fingers from the bottom. You take off the housing with a few screws without much trouble. It took me a while to work that out.But it does a great job cleaning outside of that, and the “disco light” setting is delightfully silly.

The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review after two months using an E50 unit. Fairly disappointing for such an expensive robot. The robot continuously gets stuck on the main drain. REALLY? It can stay on the drain for hours without any notification instead of cleaning the pool. See attached video.When it is not stuck, the movement is completely random. I do have a large pool an after 2.5 hours of cleaning with the naked eye one can see spots on the floor have yet to be cleaned.About cleaning the water line, when the mode "cleaning the water line only" is selected, the robot stays more time on the floor than cleaning the walls. It does reach the water line, but after a few seconds it looses grip. Then goes to the bottom, drives off the wall for a few seconds, and starts turning around. A lost of time and since it does not clean a wall continuously it misses spots also.The app is not user friendly. The manual drive has a multiple-seconds lag with the actual movement, so it is useless.Finally, notice that if you buy this unit and decide to return it the fee is 50% if the box has been opened and 20% if unopened, and you will need to pay shipping fees. I will NEVER buy anything from this seller again.
