No support, might be accurate if modify software or give on line support
Do not respond to request for support on simple issues. Instructions worse than vague. If you are lucky enough to set it up on your own, the error is outside of the software allow range. The material and ads suggest that upgrade from the earlier models is possible. It appears impossible to upgrade without purchasing whole new system due to apparent different radio frequency of the devices. Bottom line no suppport. The only response on the 5th try and threat to return is that they will get back in 24 hours, BUT NOT response. Also, no power supplies come with equipment and its guess and hunt to search for correct power supply connectors

Much easier to see than my E2.
I like the size of this monitor. With it plugged in to a USB power source the screen looks great.I only have two problems. The Energy Now displayed in kW is double that displayed on my E2. The other problem is every time I press a button the unit beeps.I fixed my first problem. If your usage is double you other display check your voltage setting. Mine was set for 240V. After changing it to 120V the readings were the same. But same problem with the beep. To change from 240V to 120V you have to push the left button for each volt change. That's 120 beeps.PS: A year ago this was only available out side the USA. I'm glad that It's now available in the USA.PS2: Liked it so well I bought a second one for our cottage. But it still beeps!

Meh... easy to see, but lacking a ton of function
Soooo, yeah... a little underwhelmed. I'm pleased with the size of the display and the ease of viewing it (color, backlit, etc.); but in 2022, to have a 5" screen that has remarkably limited data features (no daily graphs, no hourly display, no averages, etc.) is incredibly lacking. The data especially seems like it would have been trivial to add to such a beefed up and pricey unit. Keeping it for the positives, but this was an absolute miss when it could have easily been a grand slam.
