PRESTIGESG Alu 4+1pc Set with Bonus Milkpan (16/18/20cm Cov Saucepan, 29cm Fry + free milkpan), Black

I bought this on a Prime day deal to replace a similar Tefal one whose nonstick was peeling at the sides. I had been looking at getting it for a while but the deal made it worthwhile. It is heavy, but not as heavy as cast iron, and is an excellent pan. I havn't tried it in the oven yet but use it at least twice a week on the hob.It states that it is dishwasher safe but I have only washed it by hand which, honestly, was so easy and quick. Not sure I would risk it in the dishwasher, whatever the information says. Very pleased with it.

Solid pans, stainless steel handles and very good not stick coating. Easy to clean and cook well. Even my wife has managed not to burn things on them yet and that was the reason for replacing our last two pan sets 😆 overall good value and recommend. They have a good weight to them and the handles remain cool whilst cooking.

The pans itself are sturdy and a good size but the only problem is the handles on the lids get really hot and you can't pick them up without a cloth! Bad design unfortunately!

PRESTIGE Scratch Guard - 29cm Non Stick Frying pan is in my opinion the best non-stick pan for household use.I have tried my stickiest dishes, Thai fried rice, hash browns, and nothing sticks. It performed beautifully. Sears meat to perfection and an added bonus it smokes less than my cast iron. I don't add butter or spray oil when I cook meat, just like the instructions say, and they never stick to the pan! A lot of the nonstick pans claim a lot but they don't really hold up. These are a bit more expensive but worth it. I wanted a nonstick that was not the traditional coating, that would last, use some metal utensils without damaging and clean easily. So far they work like a charm and really do live up to what they promise- something doesn't come off right away I just used a paper towel and came off, no scrubbing or scratching the pan.Highly recommended!

Now I get that the title is a big statement to make when it comes to bacon, but by Jove this Prestige Scratch Guard pan is mighty good!The pan is exceptionally well engineered and genuinely looks and feels like a professional piece of kit. The coating is incredibly robust and the weight of the pan is substantial but feels perfectly balanced. The handle feels great in the hand and does a great job at keeping the heat to a minimum so as to not burn the hands when cooking up a storm in the kitchen.The high walls prevent unnecessary splatter and make life far easier when cooking sauces and the like. The conductivity of the pan is superb as it heats up very quickly without cold spots. It’s oven friendly and it’s perfectly fine in the dishwasher too. Add the 10 year guarantee to that and it’s really cooking on gas..Now back on to my Bacon sandwich! I use a very light coating of oil and like my bacon crispy which this pan delivers with ease. Even heat distribution and lovely crisp edges without being too overdone.. Now I’m not the best of cooks(my wife would say terrible) but thought I’d chance a fried egg in the interests fair testing and can honestly say it was better than edible and looked like Mary Berry had been around to cook it.. No burning, not overdone and most importantly didn’t stick! My wife and children actually ate theirs without a whisper and I can honestly say it’s the best bacon sandwich I’ve had. The pan cleans up like a dream with minimal effort and makes me feel like a god amongst men for a short time at least!In all seriousness, it’s very good and and well worth considering as it’s a premium quality pan that really delivers.SB

This frying pan has a good size for home use, looks heavy duty, tired it to fry eggs with no oil and it was quite sticky though. I personally like cooking without oil and there is no problem with our current pan.

Firstly it’s not too heavy. It looks really nice. You can feel the quality of it just when touching it! I've used it a few times now and still looks good as new. We used very minimal oil and it was fine for the pan as just glided around! So easy to use. Food doesn’t stick not even in the slightest. Makes cooking a lot more easier. Pan is so easy to clean, no need to scrub after use, just wipes clean. Food feels like it’s cooked better as the heat doesn’t just go to one area.
