Excellent cold therapy after competition and practice.
They are extremely cold for 25 minutes. Great after playing sports. I have use them on the knees & elbows after playing volleyball for up to 4 hours to control inflammation. Comfortable and easy to use. You can put them on and can continue walking and doing your shores with them for the 25 min. therapy. They stay in place and I got 2 to use on both knees at the same time. I can also use them after tennis, to control inflammation on elbow. Reusable good quality material. I only use them for cold therapy to try extend their life. I have a heat pad for hot therapy. Just keep them on their plastic bag when you insert on the freezer & give them at least 2 hours to get completely cold again.

Good value for the price
Comfortable and functional. Like others mentioned, I wish it would stay cold longer. Also, it's a little on the big side. I am very thin but it slides right down my arm unless I'm laying down. I wish it was a little more snug with stretch for those that need more room. for those that need more room.

Heavenly cold compression
Omg I love these sleeves. It feels so good with the cool, cold, or warm Compression. Something about the gel and the perfect amount of pressure applied around my entire knee was so heavenly. I recommended this product to my physical therapist to suggest for future clients because I love it so much. Very easy to get on and off. The design of it fits great and is super durable. I have had it for several months now and use it all the time. I am very impressed on how great this product has worked and how cost effective it was. Definitely recommend!
