It’s hard plastic, but very smooth with great texture.

Is it good for my right hand ?

Yes, I found it good for my left hand and since the mouse is designed to be ambidextrous, it will be the same for the right hand. Of course, you need to assign the button functions as appropriate.

is this a silent mouse? Are the buttons loud when clicked?

Not really. You hear the click (as most of the mouses).
