Tech21 Tech 21 - Evo Tactical Extreme Edition Case for Apple iPhone 7 - Violet (Violet)

Just got this case yesterday, and I like it quite a bit! I love the color, and the feel of it. It feels well protected and well made, and has some interesting little design implementation like the silent/ringer switch and the nice little port covers that keep everything protected :) there were some reviews that mentioned the power button being constantly pressed by the case or the silent/ringer switch constantly switching back and forth, which were the reviews that caused me to hesitate when this case was in my cart. My case doesn’t seem to have these issues, and it’s an iPhone 7 (not plus). The power button is maaayybe a tad touchy, but it’s not posing an issue on its own. If it’s just sitting on a table with the phone in it it doesn’t turn itself on. Also, my silent/ringer button works fine and I like that it’s a got a little switch, it makes it easier, in my opinion, than having a little door for that part of the phone. As far as the reviews I read about the case being bulky? I don’t agree, for the level of protection this case seems to offer (comparable to at least an otter box commuter that I used to have) I think the company did a great job with making the case quite slim, and attractive. If you want a very protective case you will have to deal with the very slight bulk of this case or get a standard and less protective case, that’s all I can tell ya. *shrugs* I typically like the thinner cases, like Sonic cases, which are beautiful and moderately protective, but this case is still quite pretty, understated, and much more protective.So, long story short, I didn’t encounter the same problems other people seem to be mentioning in their reviews, maybe they have larger phone sizes and that just didn’t translate well with the case, or they received cases with slight defects. Who’s to know, but I honestly like this case A LOT, and I only ever write reviews when I am very pleased 😊

Fully covers and protects I phone 7. Slightly high raised section around main button which can affect ability to read fingerprint. Nice holder for clipping to belt, but I had phone slip out last week and did not realize it was gone for 1/2 hour. I thought I had lost the phone for good, but someone turned in and I was able to retrieve from concessions stand at the event I was attending.

As someone who is ridiculously clumsy with their phone, this case is a godsend. The edges are raised without interfering with a glass screen protector. (Haven't broken mine since getting this case!) However, as much as I want to love it completely, it does have one major flaw: it's way too easy to toggle the silent on/off button. I end up turning my phone on loud every time I put it in my pocket, which has lead to my ringtone going off at inappropriate times. If you can deal with that, this case WILL keep your screen from shattering.

Love my case it protect my phone perfectly especially since I work a very active job that requires a lot of movements from lifting climbing up ladders, stretching etc !!

Great product

Requested return/refund. This case made the power button stay pressed and my phone was constantly rebooting or if I pressed the home button it would take a screenshot. It was highly annoying.
