1. After use of 1.5 months, water pump got failed. I have used the cooler with enough water all time but still pump is failed. However got replaced by symphony under warranty within 1 day of complaint register. 2. Leakage started in drainage plug from day one. I have done some alternative solution to stop the leakage.

Cooling is good especially if ice is put with water. Is working well.

the delivery was timely and good. the product overall is good. however, the noise level is a little high. the remote control has come without the cell (battery). though the product information says 'no installation required', a philips head screwdriver and some physical strength is required to assemble and fit the wheels.

I bought this cooler recently and now it has stopped working . Now I am trying to reach to the service center an dthese people are not responding and I didn't even get the pamplet or any warranty card with this, whatvkind of service is this ?
