23andMe Health-only Service - DNA Test with Personal Genetic Reports - Health Predispositions, Carrier Status & Wellness Reports - FSA & HSA Eligible (Before You Buy See Important Test Info Below)

I've bought 2 kits, the first one took months to arrive, so I ordered a second one. I've been getting a lot of annoying emails from 23andme along the lines of, "we are delighted to serve you" and also "we refuse to test your sample".To Anne Wojcicki, CEO and Co-founder, 23andMe - it's great that your delighted, but maybe you shouldn't have sold me the kit if you refuse to provide a service in this country.

I received this kit right away but had to return it. Nothing was wrong with it but the military will be paying for their medical version for my son.

Results took about 3-4 weeks to receive which was sooner than expected. However results seemed rather limited in scope. Mostly useful for the RAW data you can download at the end and input into other tools to analyze and produce detox and methylation panels. Overall I'm not disappointed that I've done it since a few red flags are screened for that could be life saving for some, but overall the I felt the reports to be underwhelming.

Didn’t get much from the test, i guess that’s a good thing but idk… crazy how they test for maybe 5 variants out of thousands, so even if it says you don’t have any genetic markers there’s a 99% chance you could

I bought this for my husband as we didn’t know much about the health of his family history and it truly does give great information regarding your potential illnesses and ones you may be subjected to already that you may not have thought about originally.

Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print and was disappointed with what would be included with this product. I will now have to purchase the ancestry portion separately. Although there are some helpful insights, I am not sure the product is worth the cost.
