I almost feel like the Large is stamped wrong
I purchased these fins for an upcoming dive trip, but I wasn't certain which size to get so I ordered a Large and an X-Large. I was a bit shocked by the difference in size between the two sizes. I don't have very big feet (size 10 dive boot, size 10.5-11 normal shoes size) and the "Large" wasn't anywhere near big enough. It was a very tight squeeze getting my dive booted foot (5mm) into the Large at all and then the spring strap would just barely get around the heel at full extension. Needless to say, there's no way I'd want that much spring tension on my heel for an extended dive. I'm inserting pictures so you can see the difference in size between the Large and X-Large including a shot that shows the printed sizes. I almost feel like the Large is stamped wrong. I'll be sending back the Large and Keeping the X-Large for my trip. I'm confident they'll perform wonderfully.

Great fins but the spring strap is too tight
I am a North East diver and needed fins that were sturdy, these fit the bill.Upside: I got the 2XL, they are great for frog kicking, push me when I wear 4 tanks and the pocket fits over my Scuba Pro Exodry drysuit boots. They are also heavy so you may need to adjust your trim and drop a pound. The color makes me stand out when teaching classes in low visDownside: The spring strap is too tight. There is a limiting string inside that I cut but it was still too tight. I had some C Pin clips laying around so I made an adjustable system. Works like magic. If you don't mind plastic, the ScubaPro Twin Jet Scuba Fin Replacement Buckle Strap Kit sold here on Amazon may be an option. I also drilled a drain hole in the foot pocket because there was none.Bottom line: I looked at other similar (cheaper) fins but the foot pocket was always too small. Other then the spring strap and minor drain hole issue, they are solid fins.

Solid fin. Been around for 50+ years.
These are the classic "tech" fin. Originally designed for military use in the 1960's used by recreational and technical divers ever since. They are negatively buoyant which helps when diving a drysuit to keep your feet from floating up. There are no drain holes in the foot pocket so you'll want to drill a few. They are bomb proof and as long as you don't lose them you should be able to use them for the rest of your life. The foot pocket is notoriously tight and they can be extremely difficult to remove which is very disconcerting especially if you're trying to get on board in high seas. The solution that I discovered is to use silicone spray lube in them. If you spray the inside with silicone lube before you don them they will slip right off when it's time.

Nice fins, but read review
Used mainly for open water swimming. Never train open water with diving fins; buy these instead because they are forgiving on your feet for longer swims. Important note: they are NOT 100% match if you are wondering. The difference is the strap. This version has a spring covered in fabric as its strap, whereas the 100% match is a rubber strap with metal buckles that you can cinch tight - looks like they are for sale here now. The rubber strap is better, as you can get them a little snugger and they do not fall off easily in swims. I have had these versions pop off on a few occasions

Solid performers! great for dry suit!
These are pretty solid performers. Got them for wreck diving, and they work very well. I like they are a bit shorter than some of the other fins that I own, which is an asset (especially for transportation). They are solid and they feel very maneuverable. They make my calves work a bit more, but its just a different feel compared to what I am used to. It's not a problem for me. Good propulsion, allows for some finessing. I wear a size 9.5~10 shoe, and found that the XXL works bet for me once you consider the bulk that the dry suit and undergarment socks add. So go big if you plan to use them with a dry suit setup.

Old School Fins
I still have a pair of US Divers Rocket Fins. Unfortunately these fins are from the days of "one size fits all" and they don't fit the new neoprene booties with soles. The only Rocket Fins that I could find seem to be military and I was worried that they would be too stiff. So I ordered the other popular fin of my youth: the Jet Fins.I have 11 1/2 feet and 6.5 mm neoprene booties, with solves. On the advice of New England Divers (the store I bought the fins from on Amazon), I got the XXL fins and they fit perfectly. These fins have the padded steel straps already installed. These straps worked very well for me and they should last a long time.

They are FAST but...
I really am happy with thease but ... they are heavy. like really. Even inside the water i am finding it hard to keep an horizontal pose (while not paddling ofcourse) , i mean like when i'm staying still they like pull my legs toward the bottom. BUT other than that they are very affective at moving YOU when you do use them, and they do it fast...p.s i am a freediver not a scuba diver, so pick what you can from this review o' mine.

The work horse of the fin world
This is the best set of fins for durability and a compact delivery of power when you need it. Not the lightest set you'll own, but you get out of them what you put into them, which I like. My first set lasted 4 years and hundreds of dives combo-ed with quality stainless spring straps. I've tried other sets from coworkers - and there are solid, comparable models out there from Hollis, XS Scuba, and so forth - I just think these fit the bill for high current/tight structure diving.

Scubapro Jet Fin Flosse weiß
Habe meine Flossen heute bekommen. Allerdings fällt diese Flosse recht klein aus. Man sollte besser eine Nummer größer nehmen.
