I was so excited to use, I filled pure drinking water, plugged in waited for more than 15 to 20 minutes to get heat and to get steam, iron got heat normal, when I tried to iron noting not a single small wrinkle got cleared, again waited 15 minute to tried again it's nothing, again I waited some more time my goodness Noting, no heat no steam, too too too much disappointed, my mood was fully offed, thinking to go to office in off day to finished some pending work done, but because of this iron I could not able to iron my T-shirt, pant out of expectation to do iron, totally Disappointed Disappointed Disappointed maximum times disappointed, zero star will be more for my disappointment, I need to return this and I need my money back.
