GenTent Generator Running Cover - Inverter Kit (Plus, Grey) - for Fully Encased Inverter Generators

Posting a year after my purchase to call out the excellent post-sale customer service I received. I needed some replacement parts for a GenTent I bought over a year ago (actually were missing at purchase, probably due to Amazon). The folks at GenTent sent the parts and paid for shipping without batting an eye. They really made the process easy, with great communication the entire time. Excellent product from an excellent company.

This is the second Gentent we have purchased as we got a new generator. These are amazing and work fantastic and protect all the electrical plugs etc. Instructions were clear, a little hard to put on with one person. Would highly recommend.

Received the product yesterday and put it together. yeah its a little tough when you are by yourself , but I put all the corner pieces together on the strap, and it was quite the challenge. However after playing around with it for about 15 minutes ,, I decided to just get some duct tape and tape the corner pieces to where I wanted them and then tighten the strap took less than 5 mins.... the rest was super easy . the tent looks like good quality , and looking forward to trying it in the rain and snow. I also watched, the installation vides on the gentent website which helped me a lot ! Overall I'm impressed with the product !!!

Took a little while to assemble. Fit our generator and looks like it will keep the rain and snow out very well. Only ran it a short while with the tent on, and it was not raining. But looks like it will do the job.

Purchased over two years ago, installed on an inverter generator that stays outside year round. Has endured two Cape Cod Massachusetts winters (we are near the water with high winds all winter long), including 60+ mph winds at times. It has never blown off, always stayed snug since setting up two years ago. My only complaint after two years is that the straps have lost their "stretch" and I've had to resort to tying each in a knot to keep them snug. I'm not sure if they developed these for 24/7 year-round use, but this solution works great. I can keep the tent on and still extend the handle and move the generator if needed. I also want to give a shout-out to the customer support. I broke one of the plastic pieces on installation, and they gave me "don't do it like that" advice and sent me a replacement.
