It is pretty good!!
After reading some reviews I was a bit skeptical to buy it, but decided to give it a shot!It turned out to be very good and I am certainly enjoying it. It can be very bright, but also give a nice low light ambiance. Definitely keeping it and taking to my trips. It does not require wifi connection like other remotely controlled lights, just with Bluetooth you will control it and you can pair your phone with a speaker at the same time. Simply amazing!!

Decent low cost backlight
I adhered directly to my TV. Brightness could be a little brighter but fine for the price. Only complaint is there is NO white light setting, only a cool blue.

Fun Accent Lights
When in transitions between purely solid colors that it looks great but when it does that "flowing " effect , you'll be amazed at why $30 items have such awesome smart lights . There's a variety of color and scene choices , this is the one I found the most after comparing , 256 modes ! I would personally use these to do background reflections off your walls and large surfaces and not as light bars openly displayed in your space .

CHEAP
The adhesive came off the light bar within 5 minutes of installation. Do not buy this product

Decent lights for the price. Not very bright & poor adhesive
I purchased these a day after 2022's Prime Day while they were still on sale. For just over $11 at the time I decided to take a chance on these. The installation was simple enough: a couple adapters with sticky pads stuck to the back of my super ultrawide monitor and routed the cable to the control box and to the power outlet. The set provided what I would consider plenty of slack for these light modules to be placed far enough apart on a large desk. Simple installation overall. The app itself is also easy to use and with bluetooth turned on, it automatically paired with the light module. I had no issues switching between the different output modes such as music, several RGB light presets, and static colors. The bad: The lights are on the dimmer side when compared to my old cheap LED strip that I outlined the back of my monitor with. It could be because I'm running far fewer LEDs at this point, so I may want to augment my external RGB setup with another light strip around the rim of the desk. The light gradation between the colors also feel a bit irritating to my eyes. The transition from color to color does not feel smooth enough. The sticky pads the set comes with were also not strong enough to keep the light adapters from staying on the sticky pad. There's a plastic grid that the pads stick to that offers very little surface area for the pads to cling to, so as a result the lights, while very lightweight, will fall off the pads just a few minutes after installation. I decided to use my trusty hot glue gun to stick the light adapters to the sticky pads. Problem solved. For the price I paid, they're not bad. They get the job done in providing some ambient light in the background, though I certainly would not pay much more than this amount. In my opinion these are not worth the $50 initial asking price. I would recommend getting these on a discount.

Not worth original price
This is my first time purchasing lights like these. I’ve always heard about Govee being great but I saw these and was able to buy them for $13 instead of $50 because of the promo code. The package it came in was pretty loose, both lights are already scratched up without me even touching them. The music mode is pretty bad and the presets are awful. The way it goes through colors feel very rigid? Not smooth at all. I was able to select the color I wanted with the app. Overall these lights feel VERY cheap and for the price of $50 I’d recommended looking elsewhere, like Govee for example.
