Paper Mate Flairs FOR LIFE. Love the line quality. The feel. The reliability. They are an extension of my hand at this point. Like any felt tip, they don't last forever, but they hold up far better than Microns and Pentels. I love the waterbased ink, but do know if you get it wet, it will bleed. And does not bleed through average thickness paper.I use mine for writing and drawing. Nope, not archival quality, but for drawings you will photograph or scan, these are workhorses.

My husband will only use these pens on his sermons and they are so hard to find. Glad to find them here at this price. We tried the knockoff brands, but they just weren’t the quality of the Paper Mate.

Paper Mate products are the BEST!!!

I teach comics and this is the first pen we use. It's an excellent pen for anyone who is beginning to make comics. It has a beautiful black, responds to pressure-- more pressure equals a thicker line, less pressure thinner-- so you can get line weight in a way that microns can't give you. The ink is water soluble though, so it bleeds if you get it wet. It also tends to turn brownish over several years if exposed to light. And it runs dry a bit too quickly. There is a rumor that the the modern Flairs have less ink in them then they used to. If you open one up (you'll need pliers) inside is a surprisingly thin fragile tube made of thin saran-wrap type plastic containing what looks like sponge material and ink. Still, this is a fantastic pen for beginners.

I purchased the Paper Mate Flair Felt Tip Pens in bulk for my son, who's a budding artist and goes through pens like there's no tomorrow. These pens have been a fantastic addition to his art supplies.The reason I gave these pens 4 stars instead of 5 is that they do tend to run out relatively quickly, especially with an enthusiastic young artist using them frequently. However, considering the quantity you get in the bulk pack, it's a cost-effective solution.In terms of quality and performance, these pens are top-notch, and they're certainly worth the money, especially for a young artist who enjoys expressing themselves through art. I'd highly recommend the Paper Mate Flair Felt Tip Pens for any art-loving family!

Esperaba con ansias estas plumas por que venian muy recomendadas para trabajar. Mi principal desilusion es que la caja llego totalmente abierta y las plumas todas regadas en el sobre. Y por lo que cuesta creo que hay mejores plumas y mas accesible. Aunque si me gusto como escribe, pero no las compraría de nuevo.
