500 Large (1") Banded Crickets

Will buy from again. Great company and I love that they came alive and well. They were packaged nicely and they were happy and all healthy. My Lizard says "thank you" and he said" they are all yummy" And when he likes something I will buy from ore then once well until the cold comes then well we are on our own :(

Over half my crickets were dead upon arrival, tried to reach out 3 different times with no response back.

Arrived mostly alive but were lethargic possibly due to lack of food and water. These crickets were not large as they were smaller than 1 inch.

While all the crickets (99%) were alive upon arrival, they were no where near "large." The largest cricket in the box was maybe 1/2" long. Now I suppose if you counted antennae maybe but that's a stretch. I have a 2 1/2 year old Cuban tree frog who eats LARGE crickets. We generally get one inch long NOT including the antennae. This is a 4 to 6 week old live cricket. The ones we received were maybe 3 weeks old if that. Not a single one was any where near the 1" as advertised. The last batch was misplaced by post office and not found until they were all dead. Even with a verification letter from post office, I never received any account credit or replacement crickets. Not acceptable.

All 500 crickets are still alive, look healthy, and a cheap price. I'll definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you for making it fast and easy!!

The quality was good but took a while to get and by time I received them atheist 1/4 of them were dead. Not sure if I'll reorder or not.

I received these within three days of ordering. Shipped from CA to OR via two-day priority mail. I opened the box, fully expecting LIVE crickets. Unfortunately, there was 20 live crickets left total in the container. The container had no food or water cubes for the crickets, as well as no heat packs. It was March, so I fully expected some losses but only 20 living is ridiculous. Crickets need food, water, and heat to thrive. I was sent a package that the seller obviously had no intention of keeping them alive longer than throwing them in the box and shipping them. Such a disappointment. I am avoiding P*t*o for a reason and would love to have somewhere else to purchase LIVE QUALITY crickets.

Satisfied as far as they were mostly all alive, but I had ordered large and in the description it says large. Almost all of my 500 crickets were small. Very few were large
