I purchased this for my daughter who is learning to draw. She likes the hardcover and the paper quality is what she needs exactly, just the right balance between the tooth and smoothness, with nice weight for multiple pencil effects. The hardcover/back give a great support when drawing.The pages are perforated so they can be removed tidily and the paper feels very nice and workable with good erasure, when necessary. The 2-pack is an especially good bargain and the slightly heavier weight of the paper over similar products means it performs better. This works perfectly for her needs and I would purchase this again. I'm very happy with it.

Overall, a great sketchbook. The rings are easy to bend out of shape, but just as easy to put back and secure in place. The paper is a really great at holding pigment, and handles water damage relatively well, and the cover is nice and sturdy as well

Got these for my daughter to be able to draw anywhere. And they work great. They are sturdy enough you can learn it up against your knee to draw without it moving or bending. Im very pleased. And they were much cheaper than at our local craft store

Very good even with my rough use of brush pens and heavy inking, no bleed through and very sturdy. Cover held up and protected pages even in a crazy rainstorm. Great for documenting art progress or just for casually doodling.

These are great for kids but the pages are too thin. MyKids use them with markers and it bleeds onto the next page. We have to add a piece of cardboard or thick paper in between sketches. Also the pages rip too quick or easily from the spiral.

I use for notes/ thoughts/ journal books. The paper is thickand has a nice weight to it. The paper isnt smooth and easy to write on. I don't know this would be good for art ( sketching, drawing, painting or watercoloring.

I love these sketchbooks. I've only started on one so far, but it's perfect. The right size for many small sketches or for one large drawing. The perforations allow easy tearing to place into a portfolio. The paper quality is really nice. The cover is sturdy. No complaints.

Mostly utilize this product for drawing with ink and pencil. Pleasantly surprised by how little smearing of pencil graphite occurs. Previously used products have left pencil lead all over the proceeding page and also smeared so that the drawing over time wears off the page. This paper holds the graphite well but also erases very well. My only criticism is that the cover is weak at the corners as it is not super stiff.
