What a great item which is well worth it and made to help those with needs

Let's start with the listing. The product clearly states 10 capsules (and 10 capsules arrived), however the product listing states 30 capsules. This is incorrect. If companies can't get their basic product listings accurate, what other mistakes have they made? I will always dock at least 1 star for discrepancies in product listings to what it received - and 1 star loss is generous.As for the product usage, the instructions are that you take 1 capsule per day, plus 1 prior to exercise. So let's say you get in 3 sessions per week, this pack or 10 would only last you from Monday - Sunday. For a tenner. That's 1 per day (7) plus 1 before exercise (3). You train more, the pack won't even last you the week. That's £520 per year...The capsules themselves are blue and white, so you can't see the contents. They are completely tasteless when swallowing, which is a very good thing - too many alternatives have a cardboard/papery taste. These were neutral going down which I certainly appreciated. I also liked the feel of the packaging, which gave a feeling of high quality. The inside is shiny foil, and the outside is a matt black. There is a good ziplock seal on the top. So I gave an extra star for this packaging.Results-wise, there's nothing particularly special in these. Certainly nothing that cheap bulk vitamins/supplements can't give you. And for much cheaper overall. Each capsule is about 4 g, with 2.5 g being ginseng. The rest is things like black pepper (!), licorice root, etc. I really wouldn't bother...

I am a frequent runner and have taken these seven times before going on fast 10k training runsI track my activities and always closely analyse the statistics.The results have been positive. I have felt strong, and the stats have all been good although not astonishingly so. I am on an improving trajectory in my running in any case, I recently ran my fastest Half Marathon and so the impact of these supplements is far from clear. However, I am naturally cynical about the benefits of any supplement and even so I cannot deny that I am pleased with my times while using these.In terms of Libido, unsurprisingly I have experienced no change.

I have tried this last night and it seems to work, albeit mildly. Maybe it will have a different effect to some people, who knows...It did have a little bit of side effect, though not concerning, in that I had a runny nose and kept sniffing the whole time this was active in my system.Overall, it's not comparable to well known brands but this is herbal; hence the effect isn't as strong in my opinion. Price is £9.99, at the time of writing this review, for 10 capsules, which I think is reasonable.

The product page says it is suitable for vegetarians but then the packaging lists "white gelatin" as one of the ingredients? not sure what to think here as I am assuming that makes it unsuitable for vegetarians? You are getting 10 capsules here and at around a tenner that's a quid per capsule. Interesting and comprehensiv. mix of botanicals and vitamins

These capsules are full of hint hint, nudge nudge. But realistically they do have a good selection of beneficial nutrients like Maca, Ginseng, zinc and others that are aimed at increasing energy, blood circulation and benefitting various organs.There have been lots of studies on ginseng and maca and there effect on the body especialy lebido. And they have been used for 100s of years to increase it.Personally i did feel like i had more energy and more get up and go. I took 1 capsule in the morning after a meal and i did feel the benefit energy wise. In terms of lebido i can't really say, but i imagine use over a longer terms may have more fruitful results.A good product for male well being.

It is pity that thete is just 10 capsules. :) my husband said that he can feel like he does have more enthusiasm and energy to do things that he usually doesn't like to do. ALSO i can say i noticed improvements on his energy levels after double does 😏😏😁
