Enjoy Life Mini Double Chocolate Brownie Soft Baked Cookies, Nut Free Cookies, Vegan, Gluten Free, 6 Boxes (6 Snack Packs Each)

I was buying these at the grocery store but they were sometimes sold out. I imagine many mothers might buy these for their kid's lunches. I like to have these as my desert at night and because they are small and there are about six per pouch, I'm less tempted to eat more which is good for my waist-line. The flavor is very satisfying and just 150 calories per pouch. I get the double chocolate brownie pack as well and like to mix the two.

These cookies are a lot smaller than I expected, but there is a reasonable amount of cookies in each package. Still, the price is a bit much. The flavor was not what I expected, not very chocolatey. The flavor reminded me of fig newtons, but without the gritty texture. I like fig newtons, bit I prefer chocolate. So when I buy a "chocolate" cookie, I want it to have a strong chocolate flavor. One of the ingredients is date paste, so I suspect that is what I am tasting. It overpowers the chocolate. Fortunately, my adult son likes these, so he is eating them. I'm sure some people will really like these, but they are not for me.

I have digestive issues- and lots of things seem to irritate my gut- so I have to be careful about what I eat. We don't buy many packaged, processed goodies like this, but sometimes it's nice to have easy treats like this on hand! I love that I can reach for one as an evening snack and know it will satisfy my sweet tooth without irritating my stomach. These are tasty and soft little chocolate cookies and I love that they are only 120 calories and have only 4g of added sugar. For the occasional dessert, these won't totally spike your sugar or caloric intake.

I received my order today, 2/5/20, and as I was opening the box I noticed the Best By date of 03FEB2020. This is my third order for this product. My son eats these quite frequently so I was very surprised when our last shipment started to taste stale and I noticed that they had expired. I cannot for sure tell if this is what happened the last time. So I made sure to look for the BB this time. Sure enough, the Best Buy day has already passed. Very disappointing. I will be returning these and placing a new order hoping to get a fresh or product.

My young children enjoy these, and I do too! My daughter has a food allergy, so this special snack is perfect for her. We first tried them from a Wegmans store, but we do not live near one, and my local stores do not carry them. I finally went ahead and ordered this case of 6 boxes. I am glad that I did! The cookies are fresh (best by date is around May) and my daughter was so excited she ate her first pack right away! :)If you are not familiar with these, they are mini bite sized soft snickerdoodles. They are quite small; perfect for little kids and portion control. They are sweet, but the cinnamon flavor is balanced nice. The texture is just a tiny bit grainy, but not overly so. My son has texture sensitives, and he enjoys these. ;)

I really like these adorable, little cookies! My order was fine and so far the cookies are very fresh. The cookies are small and there is only a small handful in each individual package, but that is just what we need! We are working on loosing our COVID-19 pudge and this is a sensible, yummy treat that makes us mindful of portion size! Very happy with them and will probably order again just because we love the taste!

These cookies are great. I would give them 4-5 stars. My kids have celiac and like to take the individual packages to school for treats when they can’t eat something provided.The 1 star is for the packages we received being close to the expiration date. I asked for a replacement and the ones we received were a month PAST the expiration date. What a waste. I won’t be buying these from amazon any more.

So these are my sons favorite! He has Ana allergies to peanut, tree nut, and egg so it’s hard to find good tasting allergy friendly treats. These taste excellent and are a huge hit with friends who don’t have allergies. They were much more affordable buying them off here in bulk than they are in stores! I’d definitely recommend if you need an allergy friendly treat
