I use Skratch to stay hydrated when cycling. Also provides me an energy boost.

Tastes delicious; clumps a little; very sweet
I use less than is directed and it’s still refreshing; it’s just too sweet for me at full strength. That’s easy enough to manage with one big bag rather than trying to keep up with partly used packets. I tend to drink more when my water has a bit extra flavor so I reserve it for times when I’m feeling dehydrated. Be aware that it’s real sugar—this is good if you’re trying to avoid other chemicals but maybe not if you’re trying to avoid sugar.

Black specks
This is delicious and gives me a boost of energy with the caffeine but I keep finding black particles in the powder which seem like plastic or metal. I’m so sad but won’t again.

Great stuff
My husband is an avid mountain biker and hunter and loves this stuff. It’s very easy to mix and actually works quickly. He also works at a job that saps a lot of energy. When it’s been an extremely hot day he will use this when he gets home and it works wonders.

We buy it on repeat!
We love skratch and buy it on repeat for our family. We were looking for something that didn't have a bunch of added ingredients, especially dyes and corn syrup. This does not disappoint! Flavors are tasty and some even have a touch of added caffeine! We recommend to all our friends.

Fantastic product for long and/or strenuous bike rides. Has really made a difference in how I ride and how far I can go. But check the price! It seems to be about $10 more expensive here than MEC or my local bike shop.

I always have 1 of these around they are great flavors for electrolytes replenishment I usually struggle with this and tend to get dizzy and fatigued. The one downside is I wish they had this flavor caffeine free and that they made it easier to tell that this one has caffeine. Because I didn't notice it when I bought this initially
