These are very light weight but durable. Perfect for people who prefer no shoes!

My 3rd pair of Go Walks, but 1st pair in this cute, slightly dressier lower cut style. LOVE THEM ALL!
I have had to return (to Zappos) a pair of water resistant Go Walk style shoes, but all of the stretchy ones with a tight mesh look are winners. That said, the sizing is inconsistent between the various Go Walk styles, and the order I place that included this low cut model also included a beige / tan Go Walk in the loafer or boat shoe style. They were just a tad oversized, but fit my mother well so rather than return them, I gave them to Mother.I have a foot that runs narrow though not as narrow as it did up through my 30s or 40s. Now I can wear a narrow running Medium in a size 8...sometimes an 81/2 in a lace up athletic style. What often happens is that closed shoes are too wide in the heel and my shoes will slip. Not so in most of the Go Walk styles...but the 'engineered' models (identified that way) are the best fit and offer the most support. The structure of the foot bed combined with the little independently moving 'bumps' on the springy sole work to stabilize my foot, while also providing amazing flexibility, so that I can walk on the river rocks in my flower beds and not feel the rocks (amazing!) or have my foot or ankle 'turn'...I feel at age 70 completely at ease walking on the rocks and uneven ground. The wider heel base is a large part of that stability. My flat arches are happier if I insert a half foot Orthaheel arch silicone support when I'm going to be on my feet a lot, but so far these lower cut shoes are offering plenty of support with no support added, and I have no discomfort in my big toe joints (osteoarthritis), no burning arches, no return of plantar fascitis, no slipping at the heel and no turned ankles. What more can I ask!....well...maybe I could ask for a truly dressy shoes that offers such wonderful comfort.

Wore my soles raw after 20 minutes of walking. NOT Skechers usual quality.
I love Skechers. I love Skechers Go-Walk. My last pair was SKECHERS Performance Women's Go Walk 2 - Super Sock 2 with the Goga mat inside. I LOVED these shoes. Without "breaking them in" I wore them ALL DAY at Disneyworld. ALL DAY! No blisters, no problems.I needed a pair of all black walking shoes, so I thought I'd go with another Skechers Go Walk 2 series. I didn't realize that there's a HUGE difference in the varieties, all with different names and numbers but all included in the Go Walk 2 series. It would make SENSE if there was consistancy between the shoes in the GO WALK 2 series, but no. THIS SHOE is a big difference. A flop, if you will.First, there is no support inside. You can FEEL the hard sole through the thin pad. There's no Goga mat, which I anticipated, but an "Ortholite footbed" and "Resalyte cushioned insole"?? No. Absolutely not. This padding is about as thick as a Dollar Store odor-eater.Secondly, the fabric lining on the inside is a rough polyester, which rubbed the skin on my soles RAW after about 20 minutes of walking through a store. My soles are summer-hardened. I walk on our aggregate patio barefoot with no problems. So imagine my shock when a FABRIC can cause what could be called "Indian burn" on my feet after a short walk! It hurt so bad that I could hardly walk for hours after taking them off. Overnight my skin healed up, thankfully, but shoes should NOT DO THAT.Thirdly, the toe box and sides are much too narrow to be called regular sizing. The outer fabric doesn't have ANY give to it, so there's no amount of stretching out that I can do to make them fit like my others did. Oh, and fabric is ugly to boot. It looks like macrame. It's not a good look for my 39-year-old self. I was going for a not-sneaker look, more like loafers, but they're just plain ugly and embarrassing to wear in public.I'm seriously torn about what to do. I've worn these out and about to try to get my feet used to them, but the pain they caused yesterday confirmed my fear: I can't get used to them because they are not well made. My feet need better. But I've paid $40 for these. I want my money back, because these are NOT up to Skechers usual quality. I consider them defective, and hope the company discontinues them.If you have sensitive feet, buy a different Skechers! Try the Super Sock 2!

Skechers Does It Again....This is Fabulous (and attractive) Shoe
I am a Skechers fan, big time. I have a few pairs of the Go-Walk Slip On style and didn't think it could get any better. I do a lot of walking in the woods and need a shoe that is light weight, but sturdy enough to manage safely the walk through the branches, stones and occasional divots in the path. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the less than stylish appearance of the Slip-on Style. So I tried the Go Walk 2 Axis Fashion shoe. Just GREAT! It's a simple, but very nicely designed shoe hat can be dressed up or dressed down. And it's as comfortable (maybe even more comfortable) as the Slip On style. Size wise, I am between an 8 and a 7,5. I wear an 8 in the Slip On, but based on reviews, ordered the 7.5 for the 2 - Axis Fashion and it's a perfect fit. I probably will order more pairs in other colors.UPDATE: I recently sprained my foot and these shoes saved my life. I am confused by the negative reviews re: support. With an ace bandaged foot and significant swelling, these shoes got me through the rehab period providing great support and comfort throughout...the alternative was an orthopedic boot.

more stylish but ran BIG
I own one pair of Go Walk's (not 2-Axis) but the first edition (?) of the slip-ons. I get compliments every single time I wear them. I usually am a Tom's kind of a gal, but these Go-walk's are my new favs. I bought these because a friend of mine has them and I liked that they were cut a little more like a ballet flat and seemed just a bit more stylish. I also got them for $15 cheaper through Amazon than at the mall. The 2-Axis are just as lightweight as the other Go-walks and the cut is super cute, definitely less shoe on top and more like a ballet flat, but they run really big. I dare say at least 1/2 to 1 whole size large. I wear the size 6 in the go-walk's but this size 6 was way too big, had to send them back. Too big to keep. I plan on trying the 5.5's and hope they work out.

Great shoes for everyday all-day use
.Couldn't live without them! That is, in fact, the only drawback of these shoes: you get so used to their comfort that anything else seems just unbearable . . .I now have 5, no six, pairs of Skechers. How did I manage before I bought the first pair?:-).
