This supplement has been a godsend! I have IBS-C and am on medications that cause pretty bad constipation. I have tried so many things both OTC and prescription, even prescriptions for really expensive stuff that claims to “help anybody”. Nothing worked and most of the time I was feeling miserable from constant constipation and it was so painful.I decided to look on Amazon for some sort of help. I was desperately seeking SOMETHING because the way I was living was no way to live. I read the reviews for this product and was skeptical because it has rave reviews but I had tried so many other things that had the same reviews but did nothing for me. It being relatively cheap and glowing reviews had me purchasing it and hoping for a miracle.Within a week on Constipend I was having regular bowel movements like I hadn’t had in YEARS! It’s easy to use and can be cut back on or increased depending on how your bowels are on any given day. I raved about this to my mother who has also been having a terrible time with constipation for years and was starting to think nothing would help her.Within a week she called me up and thanked me profusely for telling her about this product because she was having DAILY bowel movements as well! She even passed a recommendation down to my aunt who had been suffering with the same thing as my mom and I, and it’s working wonders for her too! So here’s a five star review from THREE people! This stuff WORKS and you won’t regret trying it!

Works good & not messey

Been taking these for a couple of years. I like that there is no senna or cascara in this product. 2 everyday is what my body needs.

Great product fast delivery

I have been using this since 2020 and have really liked it, it’s worked very well. My previous review was 5 stars but I’ve had to take it down to 3. However, the last two bottles have not worked. I am not sure if the formula has changed but I’ll need to make a change.

No no good it is garbage because it has magnesium and you know what type of magnesium I have the cheapest and the garbage that don't help your body this don't even help me go to the bathroom so you have to be careful by using a lot of these things because if you keep using these things your body get used to and then you can mess up your intestine so I recommend not to buy this please this is garbage but you have to do is drink enough water and take one magnesium that you think is good for your bones for a lot of things but don't be taking too much cuz it's dangerous but this is no good this is pill garbage
