This product seems to really help me with many issues. I'm less sore after workouts, I feel less anxiety and stress, and my mood is much better. It does have a chalky taste, but it's not bad and I've gotten used to it. IT's to be expected. My only question is that the product claims to have 12 parts per billion and the Dr. Mercola version with the same amount of elemental magnesium only claims to have 8 parts per million. So, somebody is wrong! I would certainly buy this again, but I think the Dr. Mercola version is probably more realistic in the total hydrogen in the product. I'm going to buy it next time to see if I can tell a difference!

The tablets are well packaged in a box and within blister packs of 15 each, for a total of 30 tablets. A tablet dissolved into 12-14 ounces of tap water within about 15 seconds with no trace particulate residue and substantial micro bubbling. Taste was neutral and not unpleasant. Great for inflammation of the joints and it builds energy as you consume more

I've almost finished the 1st box & will begin the 2nd one in a few days. So far, I've noticed that I'm urinating much more often, which I think is a good thing. I believe you're supposed to go at least once an hour if you're drinking the right amount of fluids & this has increased for me since starting the H²O supplements. I have labs tomorrow so I'll know results next week & find out if this has been working & how well if not. I'll let y'all know.

I have metabolism and energy problems like a great deal of other people, so, since I’m at a point of desperation, I decided to give these a shot. They definitely have an effect on my energy. They completely sap it. Within an hour of finishing a bottle of water with this supplement dissolved in it, I feel groggy, fatigued, and have to struggle to stay awake. Every time. I have no idea what’s actually in them, but I know it’s not helping me at all. Quite the opposite.

I started down the hydrogen water rabbit hole since a friend of mine told me about the reported benefits. I did some research and even read a couple papers from NIH stating the positive results. My friend purchased a hydrogen water bottle, but before I decide to make such a large purchase, I thought I'd give these tablets a try. But after about two weeks (one in the morning and one before bed) I don't feel any different. Here's the "but". My friend decided to try his water bottle for a few weeks then have his normal doc visit for blood work to see if there were any changes to his numbers. According to him, his bloodwork has been pretty consistent over the past few years with only minor fluctuations. This visit his numbers were significantly reduced, according to him. His cholesterol was significantly lower, which was the most important to him. I can't remember all the others he mentioned, but there were a few. Again, according to my friend. So long as his accounts are accurate, and he didn't make any other dietary changes prior to his doc visit, then that shows (anecdotally) that on a molecular level, something is happening. Now, about this tablet. I use filtered water, dissolve 1 tablet in about 12 oz. and wait until the tablet is completely dissolved, then drink the entire glass right away. The tablet causes the water to become very cloudy, and leaves behind a residue on the glass. The water has a funky, almost citrusy taste, and not a pleasant one. It also has a slight odor, but not bad. This tablet is advertised as 12ppm, however using a tester I get a reading of 1.2ppm, and 1200ppb. Unless I'm reading it wrong. I've attached a photo of the reading. This reading is taken as soon as the tablet has dissolved, and I hold the meter in until the reading settles. To compare, my friend used the same tester to test his hydrogen bottle that is advertised as 1.1ppm, and he gets a fairly accurate reading to the advertised number. So I don't think the tester is faulty. To summarize, the tablets do add hydrogen to your water. I don't think its nearly as much as advertised, though. They add an unpleasant flavor to the water, and leave behind a film on the glass. And after two weeks I do not feel any different. Although there have been several studies to the health benefits of drinking hydrogenated water, including papers from NIH. I don't think I will purchase this product again. I would rather spend a couple hundred for a bottle that adds the hydrogen. The water is clean and clear from the bottle and it doesn't add a nasty taste. Plus it's reusable.
