I had eye surgery and need to be face down for 5 days. I would not have been able to do it without the help of this pillow. It is a soft plush pillow and the two "legs" that prop it up a bit are just tied and sometimes slip. However that was the only issue. It was without a doubt very helpful and did exactly what I needed it to do.

Comfy and allowed airflow. Best by far of all the ones I tried. Never caused sweating or back pain as others did. Good airflow with others did not have. I loved the soft texture and the shape was perfect

I was very disappointed when I received this item. Ridiculous that they suggest this is helpful for face down sleeping. Toy like quality. Look elsewhere.

Material is soft but does not support on soft bed for sleeping It's fine for resting on table.I found head space on mine a bit large and had to add more support under front end.

a bit more frame might be better at holding the pillow up enough to allow air to pass in there is another brand with metal legs I wished I had tried Its difficult staying face doen . use of a z mirror for watching tv or your monitor was quite useful too.
