If you travel a lot, you need this shirt.
I heard about these shirts from other frequent travelers. I was skeptical at first and a little taken aback by the price but I gave it a try. I purchased a black one to start and have since added a second black and the olive. So before I talk about the quality and fit, I'll cut right to the chase on why frequent travelers should buy these shirts. They are like magic shirts that you can wear over and over and they just don't smell or get nasty. I guess this is one of the qualities of merino wool that makes it a great material for travel clothing.I'm not sure why or how, but you can wear this shirt on a 15 hour flight to Asia and then wear it again once or twice while you're there and then wear it home. It will pretty much stay as fresh and clean as when you first put it on.I know it sounds kind of gross but try it like I did and you will be surprised. Also easy to rinse out and dry or wash with a little woolite on the road.As for fit and quality, it's fantastic. They are super soft, comfortable and they look great. Wear it with a sport coat or suit for a more dressy look or with shorts or jeans to be more casual. Super versatile and also seem to be holding up well. It's pricey for a t shirt, but if you're on the road frequently and need to pack light, this is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

great for outdoors
I wore this shirt for four days straight day and night on a hiking trip. When I got back it smelled like campfire but not like body odor. It was not itchy to wear, and it did a great job wicking away sweat and kept me cool. I wore a thin long sleeve shirt over it to keep the sun and bugs off me and I was comfortable in 85 degree weather. Totally worth the money. Also the size fit like a normal large.

Fantastic Merino T-Shirts
I've bought a few of these "Woolverino" T-Shirts from Minus33 over the years. I've usually babied my Merino clothing in the past, but these T-shirts are the most robust wool wear I've ever owned. They go right in with my regular laundry for wash. I even put them in the dryer, but on low temp. That's the extent I go to "babying" these t-shirts. And like other Merino wear, no odor or funk, even after days of repeated wear out in the Alaskan Bush. Love 'em!

Does not retain odor.
I got these shirt for travel in South East Asia and my first impression is there are awesome. This review is after my first wearing. Wore it one day walking in hot humid weather. Walked a few kilometers in the heat. Chilled at a Pub for a bit. Total wear maybe 4 hours. Now I have some cotton shirts I just love but .that short wearing and they would be smelling already. Next day I put on the same " dirty " shirt and walked a good 5 kilometers in the heat. Got home to the Condo and took the stairs. 30 flights of stairs with no A/C. By now the shirt had some serious sweat going on. Hung it to air dry. Happy to say I could wear it again. The fit is good. I got a large. I'm 90kg at 178cm and lift weights regularly. They only had the green but as soon as they restock I am getting more colors.

Excellent Summer Merino T-Shirt
Minus33 makes many excellent garments. This Woolverino Short Sleeve Crew fits trim and comfortable. Very soft, light weight, sleeves are well fitting. If you like an athletic fit, you will like the Woolverino Tee. Wore it today in 75 degrees and it was comfortable. This evening it is 57 degrees and still comfortable. Did a 2 hour Primal Nature Play with kettlebells and steel Maces wearing the Woolverino and was totally comfortable. The t-shirt move with me, no binding whatsoever. I am ordering two more for my eleven week summer Road Warrior Trip.

Felt nice in hand, itchy on body
Based on the reviews here this is just a me problem. I immediately felt little pinprick irritation all over. I tried to give it a few minutes but quickly decided there was no way I would be able to wear this. I have 100% merino sweaters I'm fine with and was hoping for the same comfort in a thinner shirt but it was not to be.

Really nice
Wore this for two week trip sailing, paddling and hiking the North Atlantic. Superior fit and comfort. Wish the neck fit closer is only con I have.

Love this shirt
I was a wool purist until Woolverino. Perfect blend of wool and synthetic. I have pure wool clothing and if its thinner than sweater material it's fragile. This material has all the advantages of wool but durable for a light weight material. More colors please!
