I've had this press for about 6 months and it works great! I love the app that goes with it. You can tell the app the materials you're using and it sets the time and temperature accordingly.

Yes, Cricut is expensive. But, you get what you pay for. I have several Cricut machines and they last a long time. They are durable, putting up with repeated use. This was easy to set up, use, cool down, and store. The directions are clear and easy to understand. I can do multiple t-shirts with this/ multiple presses at a time without any issues. With the right surface beneath the shirt - so - not too high or low, its easy to get good pressure and hold it till the machine beeps at you. It's a nice addition to my Cricut “family” of tools.

This unit arrived defective. I turned it on to warm it up, and once it reached the temperature, I received the E003 error code, and looking online, I found out that it means the unit is defective and cannot be fixed. I ordered another one from another brand that now works without any issues.
