This is a great product! It's better than I expected it to be. I've had it for 5 hours and the movement from this device when I transition from mouse to keyboard is perfect. You rest your elbow/upper forearm in the cup and it follows you from mouse to keyboard and back like it's an extension of your own arm. If my desk would allow for it I would get one for each arm. It's very sturdy and it has an adjustable screw that lowers and raises the height. Very well made.

Best thing for arm pain!
This device is amazing! As a short person, I hate chairs with arms because they always keep me too far away from the keyboard. However, I need support of my dominate mouse arm, especially when doing fine detail work on graphics. This exceeded my expectations in stability and in movement. It doesn't wiggle. When I put pressure on it, and it moves with me, in fact it supports my arm even when typing!I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Does the job
I've been trying to figure out ways to prop up my mouse hand and arm for years, and recently the pain has been intense. Worse yet, the twitching in my fingers has caused me to make terrible mistakes while gaming! (Just kidding about the "worse yet" part.) :-)This new armrest is like a dream come true, helping me while working at my desk that doubles as home office and gaming station. My only concern was that it took awhile for me to figure out the best configuration for it. At first, I had the base placed far away from my arm so as not to get in the way too much. But I'm not a lightweight guy. I got the sense that I was putting too much pressure on the device that way, and eventually I'd cause the joints to collapse. Though it's a little awkward, I moved it so the armrest is placed directly over the base. This way I'm pressing down on top of the joints instead of causing them to bend. This might not be an ideal answer for someone who likes lots of space, but the benefits otherwise are worth it. When necessary. I just swing the arm away in the other direction, and short periods of using my mouse wrist-rest without the arm haven't been a big deal.

Best option for arm rest
If you have elbow pain issues and need an arm rest, get this one. The arm rest is sturdy and flexible, so if you are typing on a split keyboard, but shifting to your mouse quickly, it will adjust smoothly. The flat platforms are ok, but get hot and will not move around. Has a C clamp, so will not work on a desk with a sloped front. No tools needed, just position the C clamp on the desk and tighten.

This is a Godsend!
I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and I've been trying to get back to working, but my shoulder fatigues so quickly. I've tried propping up with a pillow, but it only works at certain angles, like if I'm using a mouse and then move to the keyboard to type, I'd have to lift and hold my arm up, or reposition the pillow. I toggle between mouse and keyboard constantly so this is an issue for me. I bought a stationary support that connects to the desk, but it posed the same problem as the pillow. I couldn't easily toggle between. Then I bought this device, and it's amazing! It is:• Super easy & quick to set up on the desk• Adjustable by height after install, so you can change it as needed• SO flexible. NO adjustments needed when moving back/forth and left/right• Comfortable• Perfect size• Quiet - zero noise when moving around• Smooth in movement - doesn't even feel like it's thereI can't say enough good things about it. Just get it! I can see this being a huge help even without a surgery issue. It is helping me sit upright and more ergonomical because my arm doesn't tire. I used to slouch a lot and try to rest on the arm rest, and I'd have my arm tilted up which isn't correct. This allows me to sit correctly and angle down, without the fatigue.

Great Product, Alleviated my wrist pain
Does what it's supposed to. I work in and spend leisure time in front of a computer & this product has alleviated the wrist pain I have experienced. It even allows me to use other less ergonomic mice that are otherwise awesome (looking at you MX Master 3). Thinking of purchasing another one

Flawed design
At some point, the designers must have looked at this product and thought, "That's great, but is there any way we can make it suck?" So they added a ridged arm cuff that would only be comfortable for one size and too big or too small for everyone else. Thus a crappy product was born. You could modify it but really are you paying 40 bucks for something you need to mod?

Better than expected
I thought this Arm Rest is just a piece of metal supporting my arm when I use my mouse close to the edge of my desk, but I pleasantly found out that the arm can move in different direction and can be adjusted up and down to support the movement of the arm, and my standing or sitting positions. Even though it is made overseas (where is known for cheap imitation), but this product is solid and well built.
