It is a excellent product. I have ordered two, but when it arrived it was 3 in package and 1 in the other one. We have contacted seller, no proper response.

TOOK A WHILE TO GET HERE BUT WORTH THE WAIT
Had problems with delivery but when got the product was wort the wait our water here is so hard get bad lime scale in kettle but using slam its gone in a few mins will keep buying as its worth every penny

Does the job
Very very easy to use pour it in after boiling water.leave for 8 minutes .. rinse kettle twice ..voilà done
