It works well but the taste is awful, even though it is mentholly.

To start I didn't get a pic of where they left my package like i normally do. It was proped up against an empty flower pot in a flower bed right beside my driveway without a plastic bag on it. Luckily it wasn't raining today, but it is very wet outside.? If this had been something besides plastic bottles it could have gotten ruined. This is the only Cough Syrup that helps my dad. He can’t take anything with Acetaminophen in it due to certain medications he takes. I found this by chance one day. He said it soothes his throat and I can attest to it helping with his cough and congestion. Doesn’t really need a picture it’s exactly what is on the page.

This is the ONLY product that has ever worked well enough to allow for any real quality sleep with a cold. It’s also an extreme mint taste, so it’s not the normal horrid cherry or grape taste of a normal cold medicine liquid. I recommend this to everyone I know when they’re sick!

Purchased 4. Had to get refund and throw them out because they did not contain an expiration date. Label also looked old and dirty. Check your bottles to ensure they are no expired!!!

This is an okay substitute when severe cough and congestion isn't available, which is way too frequently of late.

My husband got sick and started taking this. Knocked it right out of him in 2 to 3 days.

The taste is great, but more importantly it's highly effective in suppression of a cough
