Q: My bg is 15lbs. I'm sceptic to buy size 3-6, because she is in the middle of two sizes. Any advice?

They run pretty true to size. I'd probably go with the 6-9 month because I could use them later on if they were a little big for right now. What's nice is they offer free returns- so if they arrive & don't work out, it will not cost you anything to ship back & they credit you a full refund. The Simple Joys has been very nice from Amazon. Hope this helps. :)

Q: I need heavier weight sleepers for cold Indiana winters. Anybody have any suggestions?

They are not fleece fabric Sleep and Play outfits. I would think baby would need a long sleeve undershirt under it also. I bought them as part of a Baby Shower gift. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Q: Do all sizes come with mitten cuffs?

No. I ordered the 3-6 months and they didn’t have mitten cuffs.
