It helped me with joint pain problems I had lately, typically from bone stiffness that is gone, and thanks to the pre-biotics its helping to keep my gut healthy, I know it helps I can feel it when I go to the bathroom, but not that much difference because I always take good care of my gut these days. My main problem with this is poor value for money 14 days supply at 20 quid is a tad overpriced in my opinion. I have used cheaper products that do the same thing, there are a lot of collagen and pre-biotic supplements out there, I'd suggest looking for cheaper option as they all have the similar ingredients.This contains animal byproduct and milk, It is not Vegan. Bovine Collagen comes from animal byproduct boiled in water which includes bones when the collagen is extracted during the boiling process, its dried and powdered to form a supplement called bovine collagen, you can get Vegan versions of collagen too.This is still a good product if it were maybe 1-3 months supply at 20 quid, but the competiion for this is high.
