crude but effective and never wear out
These small carbide scraper bits are just what the doctor ordered when you must deal with complicated trim shapes. Carbide stays sharp and lasts a long time. High value part.

Quality of blade and tool...
-The BAHCO blades are SUPERB! Stay keen and withstand a good deal of nail hits. More than the hyde blades so far.- The pear is a great for small concave areas, you can screw the blade in to use the large end or narrow. Or screw it down leaving a long edge exposed for different applications.BAHCO HANDLE:-Like the angle of the head for working on flat surfaces or fine details.-Angle of head is not good for working the underside edge of lap-boards, the "ergonomic" HYDE scraper is better angled for that....leaves fewer gouges without having to hang upside-down and pay attention to what you're doing.-For my hands (small, woman)the thickness of the handle is large and uncomfortable (only reason it lost a star). The length of handle is good, it is shorter than most other scrapers and therefore doesn't get in the way in tight spaces.-You'll need to keep a screwdriver handy to change the blade out. Would be nice if they built one into the butt.-Blades fit clean and EXACTLY into the notch!!! Have used other scrapers of similar design and when the blade shifts in the head, it gets annoying fast!Am buying a second one of these because there's always a fight over who gets to use it.

sharp and awesome
I use these for when i make my own wood turning tools. they are sharp and work great, and they are way cheaper than buying the cutters used by the bigger name brand tool makers. The only drawback is they are thinner so you cant really counter sink the bolt head all the way... but thats not a deal breaker because you dont cut with the top of this blade anways! lol

Picture show 3 pieces, only one included.
Disappointed that I thought I was getting three. Only got the pear shaped one. It's in the description but why a picture of the ones you don't get? A bit deceptive. Not sure I would have paid the cost for just one blade. Quality blade though.

YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY ONE BLADE
The listing shows three blades... the word "blades" is used twice in the description of what is being sold and it's listed as "PEAR PEAR SCRAPER" in the heading hinting at the possibility that you will in fact receive all three blades shown. Amazon even shows the photo of all three blades in the if you will buy these to items together you will only pay so much listing in the ad. Don't be fooled! You are paying for and will be receiving one pear shaped Bahco 625 PEAR blade. Shop around and you will find the single blades on the internet cheaper. Again, this listing is for a SINGLE PEAR SHAPED BLADE to fit the model 625 Bahco Scraper.

Great for wood house trim.
Used the large section of the blade on wood house trim. The large section is just a tad smaller than the grooves I need to clean but it still is able to scarp off years of paint with a little elbow grease. Even though it is little smaller than what I need, still gave it 5 start because of the ability to cut though the dried paint and also maintain a sharp edge.

verstile scraping blading
Used this on molding and it was perfect. I have bought several blades as they are a must have for the Bahco 625 scraper

Picture is misleading
My only gripe is my fault and not paying attention. The picture shows 3 blades, bit this is only for one of them. I would have purchased a different product if I didn't assume it was all 3.
