Picture and Sound Quality are really good. Best in the price range. We installed multiple apps and tested. Android platform is super smooth. Overall, it was really a good choice for my family. We're yet to test with sound system (either 2.1 or 5.1), but inbuilt speakers are really good. No distortion even at 70% volume. Multiple modes are designed for picture quality and tested with vivid and standard, both are amazing. Overall my family fully satisfied with the quality of the product and hope I'll not face any problems.

It's a good product from a reputable brand. All the features are great for the price. The only issue I found is that it takes longer to load when starting

Display quality is great... Seen this at reliance digital store and compared it with other 32' model from another barnds including all famous brands...must say Samsung looked the worst the bulky woder series of them 😅 ... this one stands out with same content running in all TVs...hisense OnePlus and sony were great in front of naked eye... sound quality could have been better... Google os running smoothly no notable lags... connection is smooth and fast....no stands were provided... fixed wall mount is provided in the box .. let's see how long it lasts... definitely a good buy in this budget

Picture qualities good, but the main issue comes within two year tv has panel issue. And here start Hisense after sale service, first of all their TVs can be worthless Within two year, this is really bad for me as well as anyone second thing, Sales guys give me a replacement TV which got damage within a day. This is not the replacement TV from Hisense. In my opinion there customer service agent Repaire previously damage tv And Gives to those who has a replacement Now I have very much argument with service agent, which is now not picking up the phone Customer care agent shifting your call to every agent Hisense claim that their number two in world, actually, why their number 2 ? Like that service and product quality, they will go deeper in deeper

I have a 55 inch Hisense TV. Thought of buying a 32 inch for bedroom. Browsed many… and came across the same brand. I was debating between One Plus, Samsung and Hisense. Decided to go for Hisense as the other 55 inch is good. Ordered and I got the next day delivery promptly. TV is good. Color and sound are good. Voice recognition is very very poor. But regarding the installation… I am not satisfied. Got an SMS that it will be installed on 22nd July between 4 pm and 7 pm. Got the job card also. But no one turned up. That’s the only bad thing. But TV.. recommend it highly!!

Its absolutely foolish/not right to assess the quality of a brand new TV. Only time will reveal its true worth. In fact, its quality /reliability needs to be observed over a period of 'at least' ..... 5 full yrs. My experience wth the Xiaomi (Mi TV) has been miserable. It served me jus 3 (three) yrs and failed miserably on the 'Picture' front. These days, electric /electronic prods. are made to...... 'Not Last' . Yes, you are reading right. Business is ruthless and outright dishonest. They make their money on prod.failure and compel people to invest in replacement !!! The Govt. is a partner in crime. They make unlawful gain by excise duty and various taxes. Business cheats the people and the Govt. profits by closing its eyes.

So far so good for this product. Takes a bit of time to boot but post that not much slowness is observed. Supports 5GHz WLAN. Picture quality satisfactory. Good product to buy at this price range.

Budget TV with with good software and compromises on quality. The HDMI input does not line up with the plastic body so it is very difficult to insert the HDMI cable. I had ordered this for my hotel. I would suggest going for coocaa brand which has better hardware quality and I feel that the software is more responsive(may be better CPU), the picture quality audio seeks to be bit better than Hisense.
