CAPAS Swim Training Fins Comfortable Silicone Lap Swimming Short Blade Floating Flippers with Mesh Bag for Adult Men Women Build Leg Strength

I purchased these to help me improve my swimming. I swim for exercise and I’m not very good so I wanted to get a pair of slippers to help me train. I got a medium. I wear a size 8 1/2 women’s shoe. They fit pretty well but they do move around a little bit when I swim. There are a nice deep blue. They’re really good quality and they’re the perfect length for someone who’s just learning how to swim or relearning how to swim or for someone who wants to improve their technique they help me swim faster they propel me farther. They’re a good quality. They’re just stiff enough and they’re very comfortable. I use them in a 40 ft long pool. I can get from one end to the other fairly quickly now that I have these fins. Would recommend.

If you’re at the top of the size range, size up. My husband is a men’s 10, and the XL fits perfectly. These are great for keeping him close to our boat hull while scrubbing it in the water.

So far they have worked well. But I have only had them for 1 day , but I did swim for 30 minutes with them today. I have wide feet and I could wear them easily. I could walk around the pool and exercise in the pool with them on. Had to make some minor adjustments. But I did not trip or have a problem with them. I am over 65.

Bought these and the FINIS Zoomers Golds swim fins to compare, and ended up returning the FINIS. These are short blade fins for lap swimmers or swim teams ideal for freestyle and backstroke.The Capas are significantly cheaper than the FINIS even on sale and come in an array of colors instead of just gold. The heel cup material on the Capas is a harder rubber than the FINIS, but I found that helped with a more secure fit. Other swimmers swear that the FINIS heal cup is far more comfortable and forgiving while in use; however I didn't notice much difference.The blade material on the Capas is much softer than the FINIS. The fin length is about the same on both and while the overall profile is similar, the blade shape and bottom tread are completely different. During both front and back kick drills I really didn't notice a huge difference between the two styles so opted to keep the cheaper Capas and return the more expensive FINIS.

They’re perfect! I wear a size 12 in women’s shoes and these fins are comfortable and easy to put on. Perfect length for lane swimming and they aren’t bulky or too heavy to carry in my swim bag. I’d buy them again!

Ordered US men's 3.5-5, smallest offered. I am a size EU 36 or 37 (womens 6.5-7)and these actually fit. I have tried 2 other fins and they were huge compared to what size they were listed to fit. And these are short enough I don't feel like a clown, yet they help with my lap swim exercises. No blisters after using twice 15 min each time. Great item

Great fins for training.I got them to build up my knee muscles between replacement surgeries. I should have done it before the first one.

The swim fins are an excellent tool to help beginner swimmers with their skills.
