Received three days ago, utilized twice. Purchased the 18oz. Black & Gold Insulated version. Hand feel is great and so far no stretching in the harness or strap. Love the thumb hole to help hold the bottle to my hand. Squeezing the bottle is a bit awkward at first and does take a bit to get used to. Fluid output is good, though it would be nice to have more of a laminar flow valve, and the valve doesn't seem to leak at all. The harness / pouch is just a bit small for my Galaxy S22 Ultra, though it does fit. Total volume is just about perfect for a 5-6 mile run pace.

The Nathan Quick Squeeze Ins 18oz Estate Blue/White is a fantastic running companion for those hot summer days. While I've only used it for a few runs, it's already become a staple in my running gear. I run marathons so I bought this for training cause I saw so many others using them. This is a good size for a mid level run: 8-14 miles. The strap works great and adjusts even when wearing thick gloves. I've ran in below freezing temperatures and the water hasn't frozen yet. Recommend this to any runner who needs a little extra water and you don't want to carry a reservoir.

I should have listened to the reviews, but I figured I would adjust it somehow to make it work. I really wanted this combo, bad. The idea is great but the final product is horrible. I used it twice before totally giving up on it. The bottle and the phone holder do NOT stay together when your running. Maybe if you walk, it may work, but the rocking back and forth of the arms while running causes the bottle to slip out of the elastic that is supposed to hold it together. Ended up buying myself a runners cell phone vest that holds the phone in place.

This water bottle is easy to hold, it is adjustable and lightweight. The design is sleek and modern. My only complaint is that it is a bit more difficult than expected to squeeze the water out, there’s always a burst of air before the water comes out. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase.

I originally ordered this but ended up returning it only because my phone was too big for the pocket. Everything else is perfect. Strap fits great and doesn’t slip off. Water dispenser is great too. Still give the item 5 stars.

Great for distance running when you do not want to carry the hydro backpack. Easy to fill quickly with the large opening and the design of the bottle fits perfectly in the hand. I think it may be good for left-hand also. The strap can be tightened, and I notice even when my hands are sweating, the strap around may had does not loosen. I've used this for 50k trail runs and had no issues.

i tried to like this, but it's horrible for a runner. the bottle size and shape is nice, but the spout flow and the strap holding on to the bottle is total trash. i ran two long runs with it, threw the bottle in the trash afterwards. not even worth trying to get a refund. 50$ garbage pros: +material is nice +a pocket for your phone +a pocket for running gels cons: -THE SPOUT HAS ALMOST ZERO FLOW -you have to like press hard with both hands, really hard, to get any flow out of this bottle -a huge downgrade in drinkability compared to the old model i have -the strap makes no sense how they thought it was a good idea -the strap is design in such a way that it will ALWAYS slip off the holding points mid run forcing you to adjust the strap over and over again. -by the above, i mean the strap holding the bottle, the strap holding to your hand is pretty well made

El producto es funcional y práctico, funciona perfectamente, pero para el precio podrías encontrar algo muy similar por un precio mucho menor.

This is absolutely terrible (bordering on unusable) for running since you have to squeeze extremely hard, ideally with both hands, to get any water out, and even then the flow is poor. I'm not sure how it has so many good reviews- I guess they've changed it recently.

Little awkward. Feels heavy when phone is in the pocket.
