Twisted Tea Christmas : Childs, Laura: desertcart.ae: Books Review: When I started this book, I wondered if Laura Childs even wrote it. The vernacular didn’t sound like past books in the series. The story was entertaining and developed well, but ended much too quickly leaving several unanswered questions. SPOILER ALERT: I figured out the killer pretty early on and was correct, but there were so many questions at the end. If he was such a health nut, how did he have access to such a lethal drug and syringes? Why did he lie about his girlfriend’s gambling addiction? Did he steal to get her out of debt, or only for his own personal gain? What happened to the diamond rings? And there was no end reaction from the girlfriend upon his arrest. I was disappointed that it ended so abruptly and left so many loose ends remaining. Review: I have all of the tea shop mystery books, my sister started me on this series years ago, and i was happy to see that 2 came out this year instead of the normal 1 book a year in March, as always this is a excellent book and makes you feel like you are right there with Dayton, Theodosia and Haley, i wont say what happens in this book in case you have not read it, if you are a fan of the series you will not be disappointed

I have all of the tea shop mystery books, my sister started me on this series years ago, and i was happy to see that 2 came out this year instead of the normal 1 book a year in March, as always this is a excellent book and makes you feel like you are right there with Dayton, Theodosia and Haley, i wont say what happens in this book in case you have not read it, if you are a fan of the series you will not be disappointed

It was a gift for my mom who loves the series. she had a lot of fun reading it

As always Laura Childs keeps one on the edge of their seat and makes it hard to put one of her books down till the very end. As usual, very hard for one to guess which one of the suspects is the guilty one. And then comes a surprise one does not expect at the end.

It is hit or miss at my local bookstore and I love Laura Child’s. I have the whole series of Tea Shop Mysteries.
