Great product

Great-for about 18mo. (updating previous review)
It’s great! It’s not quiet but I don’t care. We stored away our electric kettle, and tea pot away, because of the hot water, also we don’t need or have to constantly fill the water filter container. Also no need to deal with ice cube trays!!!- (adding more to past review), hard to clean!! And had to clean often! It would get really disgusting, and can’t get to the tubing to clean out the slime from the lines. I’m surprised we didn’t get really sick. But after about 18months it doesn’t make ice anymore. Good thing I got the product protection plan.(Hope this helps)

Rip off! Don’t buy! Save your money!
Bought as a gift! Sent video tried to get a refund! Tried contacting company. The hot button does not work! Bad quality for price! Save your money! Move on to another ice machine!

Not worth the price
Makes ice quickly but the ice melts. It does not keep it frozen long and I was not aware of that when we purchased or would never have bought. Also the water does not taste very good. We have tried different brands of drinking water so not sure why the machine makes it taste weird. Its not returnable/refundable so that stinks. I wouldnt buy this one again and for the price your better off paying the extra buck for a better machinr. Not very happy with this purchase!

Ice maker machine
The media could not be loaded. This is a great ice machine. I have been looking for awhile until finally i decided to buy one after i read all reviews. N YES !! I really love it so much , it all worth it with the money I paid for.

Cool little thing.
After reading the reviews I was very sceptical about it. The ice is soft not actually hard but we use so much it doesn'tatter. When the ice is being dropped or made it is loud. The cold water is cold. We don't use the hot water portion. It fits perfectly in my little apartment. The only thing that sucks is having to refill it all the time. It needs a beep to tell when to refill the water portion.

This is a great company
I love this machine.. I use it every day , hot water for coffee .. cold and ice for drinking. It’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. When things went bad with it they stand behind what they sell and the is the best customer experience I’ve ever had.
