Fantastic product but terrible service
I rate it with 3 stars not because the item deserves it, it deserves five stars quality and good price that will delight my grandson, but the three stars are for amazon.co.uk and for UPS although they deserve one star, I buy on Amazon.uk for more than 10 years, where has the quality of service and attention of what was the best store in Europe gone? but currently it leaves a lot to be desired, you cannot communicate by phone or chat and let alone the UPS company that Amazon hires for delivery, receiving an email giving me the delivery date for a Tuesday and of course they show up on Monday and only They make one attempt to deliver and leave my package 9 kilometers from my daughter's home so if you want it you already know how to walk and total impossibility to contact Amazon, very dissatisfied with this painful service, I will not buy from Amazon again. this store and it is most likely that this review will not be published because they are not interested in letting people know about the poor service provided.
