Hot Dog: (Winner of the 2023 Caldecott Medal)

This is a wonderful picture book with bright interesting pictures to explore and talk about with kids. The story of relieving the stressed out dog with a soothing trip to the beach is wonderful. We relate at people too! Love this. I have shared it with kids , ages 4 to 12 so far.

Love reading from the viewpoint of a dog. Very fun and the illustrations were beautiful!

We absolutely love this book. It really looks like our dog Bruno and it’s a great story. I keep it at my house and get it out when the grands visit!

There is a drastic shortage of weeinie dog books and I'm really happy that this book is out. Love it very much, but more importantly, my granddaughter really likes it too!

Readers of all ages can relate to the characters in this sweet story. The illustrations express the story with feelings. My almost 3 year old grandson loves it.

Nice gift for a young child.
