Just do the install in your truck. Turn wheel as needed. No need to remove wheel IMO. EZ Time

Looks great. Feels great. Install took 4hrs with breaks. This includes removing the steering wheel. This item is not leather its a vinyl with a sued like backing. Does not take away from look or feel. Unfortunately, like many have stated the cut is to perfect and leaves very little to tuck behind the steering wheel controls. Not visible from drivers position but I am pretty OCD when it comes to these type of issues. Tried heat gun to stretch but still was not enough. The double sided tape included was frustrating to peel so did not use. 4 stars because of the failure to stretch appropriate.

The kit is pretty awesome. Has everything to do a professional looking install. Very tedious and time consuming install. Took me about 5 hours to do, but I am very OCD when it comes to things like this. My finger tips are a little tender after grinding away at it. I am very happy with the result except for one section (identical spot on both sides so I dont think that it was my error). The leather was just too short to tuck once I completed the install. The end of the leather lines up with the seam so it is not awful visually, but needs another 1/4 inch to be able tuck. Both sides were about a 1/4 inch shorter than the adjoining section too. There was plenty of thread left over as long as you follow the 5x the length rule as the instructions say. Overall I'm happy with it, just one flaw so i had to deduct 1 star.

Works great. It’s a little difficult to install. Just take your time and get it all aligned before starting. If you do that you won’t need all the tape. Make sure you pull the stitching tight so you don’t have any loose spots and work in sections.

Once finished this looks like it came from the factory with a leather wrapped steering wheel. I bought this because the factory steering wheel on my Tundra had some wear spots where I keep my hand. I didn't want one of the universal or cheapo slip on covers because I have never liked the feel. This is perfect and feels great. Installation took a long time like most others have commented. It took me almost 4 hours to complete start to finish but I did take my time to make sure I got it as perfect as I could.
