Best Smart thermostat ever literally
With out even thinking, this product must buy, i bought two for my HVAC system, very happy with it, very smart and can control from outside home easily.

Worth Every Penny
This thing was so easy to install and setup compared to my last thermostat. A real must-have if you have a two stage heat pump. After dialing in the settings my system exclusively runs in stage 1 and saves a lot of energy, unless I really need to crank down the temperature quickly using stage 2. Longer run times in stage 1 also means more consistent temperatures without the big swings due to short cycling. I did turn off all the energy saving features because it already saves plenty with the main settings dialed in. I don't want the electric company to be able to control my thermostat in times when I need it cooling the most. My only complaint is that the geofencing doesn't work with a mixed Android and iPhone household. And even with just iPhones, you have to also have a HomeKit installed. With Android, the app can just track your location and tell the system when you are away. I wish Ecobee would set it up the same way for iPhones.
