Go for warranty they just need to replace the band. No . They wanted me to return the entire watch. Just wanted another band. They could also add some colors. I prefer black . So no issues there but mom loves blue. In the end they sent 2 new watches (open box likely) just for the bands. One I used for the band and one backup. the other I gave mom for fun. Not sure how long she'll use that. As I spent $40 for the amazon one , then free for the one I gave her. She's wearing this one more as it's more like a real watch (round) Her earliest watch when I was very young was a women's clip on bracelet. But round. No Apple Rectangles here. If you want that better go for the real thing. The calculator.. No cheap but costs less than a rectangle with things too smart for the earlier generations. Me? no. But it really is very hard to get that band. Took near a month.. It broke well tomorrow is a month.

The two main things I like about this watch are:a) You can select from dozens of watch faces if you do not like the three default options.b) The rechargeable battery does not drain down when the watch is powered off. It can be off for three months, yet when turned back on the battery life is almost at the same level.One Drawback - it has no alarm function.

I bought this to track my runs. I needed something I could wear, that counted steps, and that had both a clock and a timer feature. I’m not entirely sure the mileage count or the step count is accurate, but having the device does motivate me to get up early and do my runs. It’s a comfortable fit. Charges fast and holds the charge for a few days. Very satisfied with the purchase!UPDATE: Smorfit watch (Aug 21, 2022 -- Oct 23, 2022; RIP). After only two months, the battery for this watch has died. I can no longer charge the watch! I've tried all that Amazon recommends: cleaning the connection points, resetting the watch, trying alternate charging options. I've never plugged into the wall directly, only into my PC or a battery. The return window was only 30 days, so I can't return it. Oh well; at least I got a $30 amazon gift card from reviewing it, and I had a good 2 months wearing it.

This watch has an incredible battery life. It has a lot of nice features and is accurate with step count and sleep measures. I cannot read my messages on this watch but it could be a setting on my phone. Also is doesn't seem to respond well to rolling your wrist to see the display I have to push the button to see the display 9 out of 10 times. Overall great watch for the price.

a very nice smart watch , long band that fits any size wrists, light weight , long battery life .has many different watch faces which i love. the sleep cycle is from 10pm to 6 am ,i would like to be able to adjust that to my own sleep time , but all in all a very nice product for the money , has lot of features.i would recommend it highly.

Watch is as advertised. It took a day for all the faces to appear in the app but appear they did and I picked the one that is shown in the ad and feel happy about this purchase

May primary need was to track my heart rate during gym workouts. This watch does that very well. The watch is very comfortable to wear. The # of steps are amusing, but are available. The time is very accurate. I have only begun to try the multiple faces available for free. Setup was very easy. I was up and running within 10 minutes. The only negative thing is the watchband tip. It snags on my clothes due to its material.
