Perfectly shaped pillow
First, I searched high and low for this exact shaped pillow. With my physical problem, it hurts to sit, and I have to sit for most of the day with my job, constantly adjusting my position in the chair. With this pillow, I don’t have to adjust quite as much, still a fair amount of adjusting, but less, I would say. My only complaints are that 1) I will have to agree with previous reviews, that this pillow flattens way too quickly after purchase date, and 2) it needs to be quite a bit thicker from the get-go so that this won’t be a problem, or just use a better quality foam insert. I do, however, like that the cover is removable so that the cover can be washed.

Cheaply made foam cushion
This pad has only been used a few times in the car and the person using it isn’t a huge personfoam in this cushion has already compressed flat. I have worked in the PT areas and have some knowledge of cushions this is just poor quality.
