## Description

Give your child a dedicated space to jump, land, and unwind. The Skil-Care crash pad for kids is a soft, cushioned landing zone built for children who need an outlet for high-energy movement , whether that means crashing onto the pad after a run-up, bouncing back up to go again, or settling in for a quiet rest. The 3 ft x 4 ft size is the most compact option in the range, designed to slide into tight spaces without taking over the room. It fits neatly into bedroom corners, alongside a bed, or in a small reading nook, making it the right toddler crash pad and early school-age choice for home use. The pad is filled with high-density foam crash pad sections that absorb impact across the full surface and maintain consistent cushioning without flattening , even with repeated daily use by one child. The durable nylon outer cover is water-resistant and wipes clean in seconds. The cover is also machine washable separately at temperatures below 180°F (82°C), keeping these washable crash pads for kids sensory play and rest easy to maintain. Do not launder the foam inside , the inner cover should only be spot cleaned or wiped down. Ships compressed and expands to around 80% fullness within 8 hours, reaching full shape within 48 hours after unboxing , no assembly required. The built-in TamperShield zipper sits beneath the fabric on all crash pads for kids to help deter tampering with the foam interior. Always use under adult supervision. Keep the pad away from walls and furniture and leave mesh vents unblocked during use. Skil-Care has manufactured foam comfort and positioning products for caregivers and families since 1978. Each pad is engineered from durable foam sections of various sizes, strategically arranged to absorb impact and across the surface.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: how do you store this? will a vacuum seal storage bag work?**
A: It came vacuum sealed and compressed, so if you have a big enough bag it should work. It's a pretty big item, just not very heavy.

**Q: Can this be used outside?**
A: There’s an inner lining that MAY make this possible but I would fear that water would leak through and get the foam inside wet. I wouldn’t recommend using it outside. The outer lining has a velvety feel

**Q: Are these crash pads low voc certified? on the website (where i get no response) theres a ca prop 65; is that for the foam? are flame retardants used**
A: The Crash Pads are NOT low voc certified. There are no flame retardants used.

**Q: What is the outer material made of?**
A: It feels like a nylon tarp.
