Well made magnifying glasses! I use them for make up application and these are the highest strength I can find! I have ordered multiple times over the years as my eyes progressively need stronger magnifying lenses!

My aging mother had started to resort to wearing 2 pr of readers to see her tablet comfortably, since we couldn't get strength above a +3 in our little town. So, I ordered her some +5.5 strength in this style, and she LOVES them. She says they fit well, feel good, and she can see EVERYTHING, as she put it. This was a win in my book, to see her happy and not uncomfortably wearing 2 pr of glasses.

Strong glasses that work well if you have a really hard time seeing and or mauled.

UPDATING now that I’ve had these eyeglasses for a long time. THEY ARE WONDERFUL especially considering the great price . As a senior on a fixed income I am so grateful !! I highly recommend! Amazon service was amazingly fast. Glasses work very well and though I have only had them a few days, they seem well made for the price. I am always careful with handling eyeglasses. The only issue with these types of inexpensive glasses is that the lenses don’t stay clean/clear that well. Also it’s better to clean them with mild dish soap and eyeglass lens cloth (and Not with lens wipes!). Overal you can’t beat the price and the look is modern and attractive. They feel comfortable too.

These glasses are fabulous. Sturdy and well made, arrived in protected cases. I can finally read clearly again! Great purchase!

I like the high magnification available with these glasses. The problem is they break in a short time. I need the magnification for reading and driving. There are times when I don't feel like wearing glasses and put them in the case they came in. I have had the actual frame that holds the lens break and I have had the sides of the glasses break as well. I ordered these in March and am back today for another pair. They look nice-magnification is just right for me but the durability is the problem. Still, I need them- wish they were made stronger.

I had to keep switching between my regular eyeglasses and the glasses I purchased from here and it was kind of annoying. They did work pretty good though I could read words or smaller words then I could read before, but sometimes they made me get a headache. I don't know if that was because they were stronger and I was having to switch back-and-forth. The quality of the frames was very good. They look nice on.

I would scratch these glasses to death, being rough and they would out last the best. The last 3 sets something changed. The first set about 2 years ago were except 1 pair suddenly broke just under the lens and a little to the right. I though surely it had to be something I did and I had been wearing them a good while. I ordered the next pair and the same thing happened again but this time it took less than a month and one just suddenly broke in the same spot just to the right under the lens. The other pair was fine and I went ahead and had my mother order the last pair and ship them to me. The first day I had them on and they were not on my face 2 hours and one side popped. I took them off and put the other pair on because I am blind without them. Wore them 2 days and suddenly it popped and broke and literally went straight away to find Amazon latest reviews and sure enough the other side popped and broke. There is a week point in the frames just under the lens and a little toward the outer edge. Production is getting so bad I am curious if they will eventually start arriving broke. The plastic is to thin around that turn of the frame to secure a lens that thick. This also never happened with the 5.0, 4.5 or 4.0 lenses. Someone needs to check and stop producing till the design flaw is fixed. How do I know it is not me? My son and my daughter wear them too. They are having the same issues. Very sad to not buy these anymore. What is frightening is there is no warning they just suddenly break with a loud pop while you are wearing them. Someone may get a piece of fine sharp plastic in their eye if it continues .
