Effective and Adjustable with Minor Design Quirks
The AIXPI Grip Strength Trainer does an excellent job building grip and forearm strength, with a wide resistance range and solid build. However, the springs creak slightly during use, and the ergonomics could be improved for the direction of pull.Pros:Adjustable for a variety of resistances from 11–132 lbs (5–60 kg) fits beginners to advanced users.Non-slip ergonomic handle feels secure in the hand.Quick, smooth resistance adjustment dial.Lightweight and portable for use at home, the office, or the gym.Cons:Springs creak slightly at higher resistance.Grip angle isn’t perfectly aligned with the natural pulling motion.Notes from Use:Used daily for forearm training and post-injury recovery. The adjustment mechanism works smoothly, and the grip texture is comfortable even in longer sessions. While the creak doesn’t affect performance, it’s noticeable in a quiet room. A small design tweak could make the pulling motion feel more natural.Verdict:A strong performer for grip training, with minor comfort and noise issues that keep it from being perfect. Still a solid buy. 4/5 stars.

Good hand exerciser
Well made and easy to use. Right now I am on lowest setting. I hope to increase that over time.

Plastic ring breaks
Worked well on lower levels, but the plastic ring quickly broke after using it at max level.EDIT: They offered to send me a new one, or a full refund.

It works, but has some issues
I've been using this grip strength trainer for a couple of weeks. It does what it's supposed to do, my hands and forearms definitely feel more conditioned, and I like that you can adjust the resistance depending on how strong you're attempting to become. All things considered, it's not flawless. The materials themselves have a somewhat cheap feel to them, and I have no idea how long it will last if I use it daily. It isn't so much super smooth to move the resistance either, sometimes you need to put some force into getting it to move where you want it.Overall, it’s decent for the price, especially if you’re just getting started or using it for rehab. Just don’t expect it to feel super sturdy or high-end.
